"Never in a million years, did i ever think that i would be walking through an enchanted forest after school" i said as we walked.

"I think you stand for all of us when you say that" Daniel laughed.

"Well a few weeks ago, if someone told me that the supernatural was real i would have thought you were crazy and suddenly, here we are" i gestured to our surroundings.

"Exactly how do you know were to go Gabbie?" Jack asked.

"Pieray trees are rare, but in my books it tells were to find them, so i know were to go thank you very much" Gabbie reached into her bag and stopped.

"Evie, i have something for you that may come in handy out here" she then pulled out a bow, and a sack of arrows out of her bag.

"Wait a minute, how did you fit that in your bag? That thing can barely fit Kobe" i asked as she tossed me the items.

"Im a witch Evie" Gabbie laughed.

"Wait a minute, why does she need weapons?" Jonah asked in concern.

I wondered that too as i pulled the arrow sack onto me, securing it around me.

"What? Did you think this was all fun in games?" Gabbie asked "its dangerous out here if your not careful."

"Well im human! I have been taking combat classes but im pretty sure i dont stand a chance against any of the shit out here!" Tate through her hands up.

"Look, we got here, we just need to get the bark, and get out, if some
something happens we fight" Gabbie deadpanned.

We kept walking as i continued to admire my surroundings.

"Hey Tate, why did you decide to take combat classes?" I asked as she walked next to me.

"Givin that i am mated with an alfa werewolf, i think that knowing a thing or two about fighting would be a good thing" she laughed and i nodded in agreement.

Then a butterfly flew by, it gave off a white glow and glittering dust fell from its wings.

"Woah" i watched as it flew by.

"Moy hermoso" Daniel watched it as well. He said, 'very beautiful'.

"See la ser" i smiled. I said, 'yes it is'.

"Can you guys quit it with the Spanish shit?" Zach laughed "i have no clue what you just said."

"El acuerdo con la" Zach stared at me like i was crazy, i just told him to 'deal with it' in Spanish.

"What did you just say?" He asked and i speed walked up to Corbyn giggling.

"Your having fun" Corbyn mused.

"Well its fun to mess with Zach" Corbyn laughed at my words.

"Your mean" Zach protested from behind us.

"So why do you smell your moms cookies?" Corbyn asked.

"Because they were specifically for me when i was sad, she would drop everything and make them for me if i was having bad day" i sighed.

"She sounds like the best mom, was she a good cook?" He asked.

"No" i laughed "actually those cookies were the only she could make without it catching on fire."

"Oh, wow" Corbyn chuckled "was not expecting that."

"Yeah, my dad always did the cooking" i said.

"If it was my brother who was sad, she would challenge him to something, literally challenge him to anything and he would go for it and cheer up" i laughed.
