The cyclops let out a roar and i screamed as i covered my ears.

The beast began to run twards us and i held up my bow with a shakey hand and drew an arrow, aiming it.

I released the arrow and it stuck in the middle of its eye as it let out a cry.

The cyclops then ripped it out, now mildly blinded and started to come twards us again with the vision he still had of us.

Gabbie thrusted her hand out as she held her wand and a ball of yellow light shot from it and hit the cyclops and it was thrown into the distance further than i could see.

"Damn" i looked at Gabbie.

She was frantic, even though she got rid of it.

"We have to go!" She shouted "we have to leave now!"

"What why? You just got rid of it" Jack stopped her.

"It doesn't matter, a cyclops is never alone" Gabbie told us "if there is one, there's more and were not safe till we leave."

Gabbie held her wand out to make a portal but the ground shook of cyclops footsteps, and there was definitely more than one.

The ground shook and shook making me loose my balance, but Corbyn caught me before i fell.

The steps stopped and i heard their angry breaths and grunts from behind me as i slowly turned around.

There stood three monstrous cyclops's, each giant eye staring down at us.

One of them held a club in its hand, the club looked as big around as the giant tree's and the length of half the cyclops's leg.

"RUN!" Jonah ordered and we all broke into a sprint, the beasts not far behind.

I ran faster than i ever have before, jumping over roots that jut from the ground, dodging tree's.

Heart pounding in terror and my breaths were ragged as my mussels began to burn.

All the while Corbyn stayed right next to me, making sure i didn't fall behind.

I took the chance of looking back at the beasts and the one with the club held it in the air and slammed it on the ground, sending a force through that ground and we were all thrown high into the air as i let out a yelp.

I landed with a grunt and fought back tears that threatened to spill and tried to get a breath in because of the air knocked out of me.

My bow had been knocked out of my hand and a few of my arrows had to be broken.

I heard and felt the cyclops's walking twards us, as we were rendered defenseless.

I lay on my back in pain and looked around to see the rest of my friends in the same situation.

"Evie" Corbyn called to me.

I couldn't respond as the cyclops's stood infront of all of us and our petrified faces.

The middle cyclops held up its club right above me, its eye trained on me only.

I froze as my eyes widened staring right back at it, i couldn't do anything, i could barely move or even breath.

"NO!" Corbyn screamed as the cyclops was about to slam its club down on me.

But before it hit i threw my hands out infront of me and a force had formed itself around the club.

Just like i had done with the chain, a whight pulsing light had surrounded the club and i held it in place.

"Oh my god" i whispered and looked at Corbyn who seemed just as shocked as i was.
