I just heard about news that over thousands of sex offenders in Cali are eligible for early release, as long as the crimes were deamed "none violent" (In my book, any sex crime is deamed violent. A sex crime is a sex crime, that is that)

While we're at it, murder is 100% legal since we all die anyways, let's allow covid to run its course if you're gonna be allowing dangerous people out to assault and kill, let's legalize cannibalism and even allow you to get a legal cannibal hunting license.
If someone accidentally assaulted someone while drunk, that I can kind of understand, even though the crime is still horrendously wrong, but people who like child p0rn, and like to become pimps (that is basically fuking sex slavery!) Should NOT be given a second chance! They should stay and rot! Unless they legit were given therapy in prison and were 100% to be better.
They could develop into horrendous people. If they're willing to go that far, how much farther will they go?
Either this is the big bang end of 2020 (the artical was released around this Christmas), or it's the horrible start of 2021. I'm hoping it's the former.
A sex offender is a sex offender, and should never be released no matter how "non violent" they may seem.
