10 TO 12 YEAR OLDS SHOULDN'T BE HAVING SEX AT ALL!!!
I get puberty starts to wiggle in around then, but THROWING IN A BUNCH OF CONDOMS ISN'T GOING TO DO CRAP ON EDUCATING THEM!!!
This is basically just CPS saying "If you literal children are thinking aboyt having sex, there's not a things we can do to stop you, so HAVE SOME STUFF TO HAVE SEX WITH!!!"
What 11 year old thinks about sex!? Out of all the 11 year olds I've met, none have ever even hinted at anything sexual. THEY. ARE. CHILDREN.
And if they know how to do it at such a young age, THEN SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO!!!
Oh ya. CPS ALLOWS predators to keep kids, takes kids from good families, allows them to stay in bad families. So OF COURSE they're doing this.
