Just putting this here so people can be more aware.

when I was younger, I use to be so confused as to how and why there could be whole communities of people who go their whole lives without using or being around technology. Now I can understand.

So, remember, if you ever get security camera's, give them a secure password, and a firewall you can pay for.

In the comments, someone also said this:

As an extremely professional hacker you might want to take my advice.
My dad was a hacker for 20yrs and I've been one for 15yrs. I highly recommend you never put any security cameras on you house THAT REQUIRE WIFI CONNECTIONS. Never buy those types of CAMERAS, THERMOSTATS, DOORBELLS, GARAGE DOOR OPENERS, KEYLESS SMARTLOCKS FOR DOORS AND IN SOME CASES EVEN YOUR CARS.
I'm not sphere my advice take it or leave it, smart THERMOSTATS trash, smart locks trash, cars that use wifi to start and unlock them trash. Easy to steal or hack into.
Now security cameras, always recommend having them. But make sure they are the kind that have actual wires attached to them and run back to a main recording device, door locks c'mon you not that lazy unlock it yourself, if you don't get what I'm saying so far pretty much you don't need any smart anything as cool as it might seem. Always have security cameras but always have your main recording system plus a backup incase burglars find one.
Recommend a security system once again not connected to any internet. Just remember, ppl, when I started hacking the guy that taught me once told me, IF MAN MADE IT, MAN CAN BREAK IT. As much as these thing may be here to make life easier and you feel more secure, in a lot of way your more vulnerable than ever.
It's to hard for me to explain everything so if any of you guys have questions please just ask and I'll help you if possible. Security is not a joke and hacking your security items or any item attached to the internet in anyway is easier than you think.

Whether or not they're ACTUALLY a pro-hacker, which I have my doubts because their grammar was crap (I fixed it) and they're literally called EliteHacker (probably a kid), this can still be helpful. Though wired devices can still be hacked. But through wifi, I think it's easier?

And ya, I get that sometimes you lose your keys and need to unlock your door. My parents have had to climb in the window before for that reason.
But losing your keys and either picking your own lock or asking for help is a whole lot better than having an easily hacked device be hooked to your lock so that anyone can enter. Heck, you don't even need to be hacked, because someone can go as far as to steel your phone!

But be aware, especially if you go to a hotel or an Airbnb. Use lights and darkness to your advantage to find the camera's if there are any.

Also, the Walmart intersex bathroom having a camera is gross af.
"We'd rather film adults and even children pulling their underwear down instead of have someone steal a few bags of chips!"
Calm down, Walmart. it's not like they're stealing a priceless gem from a corporation that doesn't make millions a day.

And if you ever have someone talking to you through the camera, disable it if you can. If you live with your parents, this may be the best option to scream, alert the creep, and tell your parents what happened.
