Don't have gender reveal parties for your unborn baby! They're transphobic!
See how stupid that sounded?
Demi Lovato doesn't hear it that way.
She says gender reveal parties are transphobic. You're revealing the gender of your baby. But bruh. How is it transphobic? In a nine-page , singer and songwriter Demi Lovato called gender reveal parties "transphobic" and claimed that "there are boys with vaginas and girls with penises."
Lovato claimed throughout the lengthy post that transgender activists dislike gender reveal parties because they divert from "reality." To Lovato and other activists, reality is the concept that humans are born without any concept of gender. Lovato also claimed that basing sex off of genitalia is "inconsistent with science."
"It's both insincere and incorrect to pretend that gender reveal parties are not transphobic. You can't have your proverbial pink-blue binary cake and eat it too. This is not about political correctness, it's just...correct," the post reads. "We condemn gender reveals not because of our identity, but because of reality."
Lovato continued by claiming that "the gender binary," which claims there are biological girls and boys, fuels transphobia in American life. The post claims that transphobes view "non-trans people" as more "natural" and "organic."
"Transphobia is not just about prejudice against individual trans people, it's also a way of thinking that understands non-trans people as more natural/organic and erases everyone else," the post reads. "These ideas, like the gender binary, fuel mistreatment of all people, but especially trans and gender non-conforming people."
The post claims that gender reveals are based on "the illusion that genitals [equal] gender and that there are only two options 'boy or girl.'" The gender binary omits the so-called "fact" that "there are boys with vaginas and girls with penises and that there are people who are neither boys nor girls."
In one particularly long slide, Lovato details how society defines "cisness" as the default position, when in her mind, "everyone is just born."
"Gender reveals require not just the invalidation of transness, but the impossibility of transness. The assumption is that the baby is cis. Cisness is positioned as the default and everyone else is understood as derivative of it," the post reads. "The idea goes: while we might 'identify' as trans now, we were 'originally' 'born' cis and we later 'became' trans. When in truth, everyone is just born. And we all become after the fact."
The singer continues to decry the custom of "gendering" people and calls for individuals to determine their gender, not society or biology. She also calls "biological facts" a "cultural myth."
"The gender binary requires that we adopt prescriptive ideas of gender (what men and women should be) as descriptive ideas of gender (what men and women fundamentally are). In this way, it naturalizes cultural myths as 'biological facts.'"
Over the last year, Lovato has become increasingly more open about her far-left political leanings. In October, she released a song called "Commander in Chief" roasting former President Donald Trump. The cover art for the song features Lovato wearing a mask that reads "vote" across her mouth, The Daily Wire . She later virtually performed at the inauguration of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
In an interview with Vogue, Lovato also said that she was ashamed to be white. "I hated that I shared the same skin color" as those who killed black people, Lovato .
Okay, 1.
Bitch, excuse me, wtf!? As someone who is genderfluid, I am 100% fine that my parents had a "It's a girl!" party. YOU don't speak for us!
And it basically sounds like she's also cisgender phobic. Bruh, stfu. As long as they're not trying to force their ideas on people and let people live their lives, like YOU and your "gender reveals are transphobic" followers are doing, I see NO issue with them!Let people have gender reveals! If their child later on realize they don't like their gender, okay! But don't be FORCEING their parents to instantly be like "My baby might be a different gender when they're older. So I won't celebrate."
2nd.
That final thing, wtf!? So not only is she cisphobic, she's racist to her own race.
Not. All. White. People. Kill. Black. People.
Not. All. White. People. Are. Descended. From. Black. Slavers.I'm born from the Irish, I have pale white skin, and I'm not ashamed of my skin because of something different individuals do or did. I love how pale I am. I look in the mirror and I love how I look. I don't want to be any other skin color because I love how I look! Doesn't mean I think that I like people ONLY with white skin! There are many beautiful people of many different skin colors! It's just temporary shells!
That's part of the problem. Suddenly, people are SO focused on hating white people, even other white people are hating white people, that we're not working on ACTUAL EQUALITY.
If you're white, you can still support equality! It isn't limited to JUST black people! Use that to help push FURTHER for equality!
You know what Equality is? When everyone is equal. From Black to White, from Cisgender to Transgender, from Gay to Straight, ect.
And what's going on? With LGBTQ+ hating even supportive CisHets, with even white people hating white people, that is NOT equality! Ever heard the saying "Two wrongs don't make a right"!?At this point, people aren't working towards equality. They're working towards dominance.
And I mostly see this happening in America.
I hate this country. From what I heard, Christopher Columbus got young girls pregnant, before killing all the inhabitants of new America, Indians, Norse, ect.I hate it here. I'm ditching this country as soon as I get the chance.
