So I'm happy this kid got the justice he deserved. It just pissses me off that if no one spoke out against his original sentence, he wouldn't have gotten justice.

So this kid and his mom have been abused by this POS, cops are called PLENTY of times, nothing is done.

But when this kid acts in self defense, wants to protect his mom, he almost gets tried as an adult?

People.
This is what the justice system is.
If no one was speaking out against this, making gofundme's, getting angry of the injustice, then this kid would've been behind bars right now.

And that would make the mother hurt more. Not only did she have to expirience so much abuse, never got any help no matter how much she needed it, but now, if her son was jailed for being a murderer, she'd lose her loving son too.

Kinda getting tired of this BS where the law allows criminals to get away with their crime, but then jails someone for protecting themsleves or a loved one.

What about that case I spoke about here a few chapters ago? Where a chief or something said "Don't take matters into your hands. Let the actual justice people handle it."
Why? So you can keep jailing children for going against their abuser, but let the abuser keep leaving with a slap on the wrist? Barely even?

At this point, prison is going to be more filled with gold hearted people than rotted flesh hearts.
