First off, don't go attacking the person. It gets nothing done, and only assures they stay longer, meaning more gullible people will fall for the scam the longer they stay.
So Your_Man_Michael got messaged by a scammer. If they AREN'T a scammer, they'll usually have a checkmark next to their name or something. Or they'd have a bigger following + people compliment the service.
But this user has none of that. They just spammed followed people and only have 3 followers. And no checkmarks.
