So if you haven't heard, Disney is trying to copyright norse religion as a whole. Not just their version, but also stuff from before Walt Disney himself was being conceived.
As a believer in the Norse gods, this is BS.
This is against the freedom of religion!
A lot of people in Scandinavia and Norway are pretty angry about this.
They also tried to claim Day Of The Dead, a Mexican holiday to honor their lost family and friends. Because it was in Coco.
And isn't Coco like really similar to The Book Of Life? To me, it was.
The cute rat knows no limits.
They already get thousands upon thousands of dollars A MONTH. Yet they still need more and more. Never satisfied.
And you know what else will happen if they claim Norse belief?
They'll also claim Christmas, and Santa.
The original Christmas was Yule, and the original Santa was Odin. Therefore, they'd own a portion of Christmas. A literal worlwide ancient holiday.
Many other things were added to make them the Christmas and Santa we know today. But Yule and Odin were the start of it all.
They can't let a dead kid have Spider-Man on his grave, making the family hurt more.
They're trying not to allow people honor their dead freely.
They trying to even stop people from following a religion.
There is no end to Disney's corruption. None at all. They can't even let a dead child be.
