Imagine that! Instead of talking to or firing the woman who was acting like a d!ck to future customers, you instead sue the customers for an issue YOU have!
So that whoever else calls YOUR company and gets that same lady, it is deemed a problem on THEIR end! NOT yours!
If you don't want people leaving bad reviews, maybe have better service? Or just remove reviews?
Because now, you're just making yourself look worse. You want to sue people for leaving reviews on their expirience instead of dealing with the problem. Which will further make people NOT want your service. Because then they'll think plenty of good reviews are fake, and that there's a reason you want to hide the bad reviews from them.
