Pretty sure this came out a little while ago, BUT YES!!!
And myself who used to live there, that place is freaking horrid. A neighbor we had let her barely 12 year old hang out with WAY older men while wearing revealing crap. When our neighbor called CPS on us for revenge on shutting down his illegal drug business, my parents tried to also point them to that woman. Last I heard though, they did nothing because they're a child trafficking organization.
But now this schist is more punishable!
And the creeps who get thrown won't last long. AZ may be a tweaker place, but even some of the tweakers have their limits when it comes to schist like this.
