Harry's POV
Harry had no idea what he had done wrong. Was Louis angry because he had stopped him from smoking before? Why wouldn't he look at him anymore? He hated himself for being ignorant towards Louis this afternoon. The new pictures of Eleanor with Louis had hurt him. He knew that Louis didn't do that for fun, at least he hoped for that. But he shouldn't have completely ignored him in front of Simon and the others after all.
Harry chose that he had to forget about it at least as long as the show wasn't finished. He couldn't let the fans down, he wouldn't.
When it was time for the solo songs, the other boys sat down in the back and Harry took the lead."So guys before we'll continue with our songs, there's something I want to ask you. Would you like me to tell you guys a secret?" He grinned as he sat down on the edge of the stage while the fans screamed even louder than before.
"So, as you guys know, I'm like the best of the band" He ran his fingers through his hair and laughed as he heard the other boys booing in the back while the fans laughed and screamed.
"Ok, ok. We all know that that's not true. Zayn's the best" He winked at the man in the back while everyone was laughing.
"But that's not a secret. So, what I wanted to tell you..." He paused and grinned as the fans screamed and shouted that he should tell them. "I was given the opportunity to be on the cover of the Vogue magazine"He continued but wasn't heard because the fans freaked out. It warmed his heart to see them so happy about something that he had achieved, something he was so proud of. He looked around and noticed how there wasn't a single bad sign or poster. Everyone was happy and celebrating.
He made a hand gesture to calm the fans down and continued. "And the boys in the back there" He pointed at Niall, Liam, Louis and Zayn before he continued. "thought that you guys might like to see some of the pictures. Are they right?"
He looked back at the crowd and was confronted with loud enthusiastic screams.
"Told ya, lad. Louis Tomlinson is never wrong man" He heard Louis saying and laughed.
"Should have known that, Styles" Niall added and Harry rolled his eyes.
"Fine. Here they are"The screen in the back changed and showed three of the pictures that were featured in the upcoming Vogue. The first one was the cover that showed him blowing up a balloon in a blue dress with a black jacket on. Next was a picture of him jumping on a trampoline in a dark blue skirt and jacket, the tattoos on his chest were visible. The last picture was him sitting on a bench next to Gemma.
The fans' reactions were incredible. The moment the pictures appeared, they started celebrating and screaming again.
"So, do you guys like them?" He asked and earned a huge amount of screams. The grin wouldn't disappear from his face again for the next hour.
Harry stood up again and turned around, seeing the other boys clapping as well.Louis' eyes met his and Harry could read his lips. 'I'm fucking proud of you'. He smiled and turned back around after giving the band the signal. The beat started and the lights went off. He started singing and looked around. Everything was covered in darkness for the moment.
What do you mean?
I'm sorry by the way
I'm never coming back down
Can't you see?
I could, but wouldn't stay
I wouldn't put it like that
What do you mean?
I'm sorry by the way
I'm never coming around
It'd be so sweet if things just stayed the sameHappiness filled his heart. The fans loved him for who he was. They celebrated the pictures more than he would've dreamt of. He knew he would never come back to the old self he had been. He was finally happy in and with his body.
All the lights couldn't put out the dark
Running through my heart
Lights up and they know who you are
Know who you are
Do you know who you are?
