Chapter 24

Hello everyone. Yesterday, I turned 16 years old, so here's a chapter. Here's the chapter.

Andy's 29 Weeks and 1 Day... Tomorrow, Andy decided that she was going to tell the team about the baby at shift. Robert was happy that Andy finally decided to tell the team.

Over the past couple of weeks, Travis, Maya, and Vic have been over a lot talking to her about how the team is feeling towards Robert and why she isn't working. So, Andy has been trying to find a good time, but the team is really wanting to see her. So when Robert heard that Andy was going to the team he got excited.

Andy and Robert Conversation... Robert: Are you excited about tomorrow? Andy: Yes, but I'm scared. Robert: Why? Andy: I'm scared that the team won't be happy for me, and be mad at me for not telling them. Robert: They are your family. They will understand, and remember Travis, Vic, and Maya will have your back. Andy: I know. What should I wear? Robert: I think you should wear a belly tight shirt because you are beautiful. Andy: Thank you. I'll wear a jacket over it, so that way, they won't see it coming. Robert: Okay. Andy: Is there anywhere I could come on a call? Robert: I can try if there is one. Andy: Okay. Robert: If there is not a call, I'll find a way to get you in. Andy: Okay.: End of Conversation After that, Andy and Robert ate dinner, hung out, and then went to bed.

Andy's 29 Weeks and 2 Days... When Robert woke up this morning, Andy decided to get up with him and get ready for the day. When she got up, she was really anxious, but Robert calmed her down.

Andy and Robert's Conversation... Robert: How did you sleep? Andy: Horribly. She kicks all night. Robert: I'm sorry. How are you feeling? Andy: Anxious. Robert: Why? Andy: I don't know how the team is going to react. Robert: It's going to be alright. The four of us will be there, and all of us have your back. Andy: Okay. Robert: When are you going to head to the station? Andy: About ten in the morning. Robert: Okay. If you get there and we aren't there, go hang out in my office. If we are there, call one of us. Do the three of them know when you are coming to the station? Andy: Yes, they do. Robert: Okay. Please, let us know when you are on the way to the station. Andy: I will. Robert: I need to get going. I love you. Andy: I love you too. I'll get ready and then head to the station. Robert: Okay. See you later.: End of Conversation

After Robert left, Andy got ready to go to the station. She decided to wear a shirt that shows off her belly and picked a jacket that doesn't show her bump off. Then she grabbed her ultrasound pictures, texted Robert, Maya, Vic, and Travis that she's on her way, and to her surprise, they just left on a call. So Andy left and headed to the station.

When Andy got to the station, the team was gone, so Andy went into Robert's office, and laid down on the couch. The team got back about 10 minutes after Andy arrived. When Robert walked into his office and found Andy asleep, he decided not to wake her. Since he wasn't going to wake her up, he told Maya, Travis, and Vic that she was asleep on the couch and that he wasn't going to wake her up, so his door is going to be shut for a little bit.

About an hour later, Andy woke up and was surprised to see Robert working. Andy, Robert, Maya, and Vic Conversation... Andy: Hey. You're back, why didn't you wake me? Robert: I thought you should sleep some since you've had trouble recently. Andy: Okay. How long have I been sleeping? Robert: About an hour. Andy: Okay. Who knows I'm here? Robert: Just the three people. Andy: Okay. Robert: They want to talk to you before you go out and tell the team. Andy: Okay. Can you go get them? Robert: Yeah. (Robert went and got Maya, Vic, and Travis.) Maya: Hey, you. Andy: Hey. What's the team like today? Travis: Good. Today, we are cleaning the barn and firetrucks. Andy: Okay. How do I get to the beanry? Travis: I don't know. Vic: I guess it will be a team effort. Maya: Okay. Here's the plan, we check the beanry for people, then we make sure everyone is busy, and then we rush Andy up the stairs. After we do, we just magically go into the beanry and find Andy in there. Vic and Travis: Okay. Travis: I guess we should have someone down there with the team. Andy: Agreed. Travis: I'll be on team duty. Vic: I'll go to the beanry. Maya: I'll sneak Andy up. Andy: Okay. So we have a plan? Maya: Yes. Robert: What do I do? Andy: Come up with us. Robert: Okay. Travis and Vic: We'll go to our stations. Andy: Okay. Text Maya when we can come up. Travis and Vic: Okay.: End of Conversation

So after they made the plan, they went to their spots, and it took them about a minute to let them know that the close was clue. After they got that text, Andy quickly went upstairs and sat down at the table. When she sat down at the table, she covered her belly. At that moment it hit, that she was about to tell her family about a baby that she's having in less than four months. After a minute, Travis came upstairs and pretended to find Andy.

Whole Team Conversation... Travis: Hey guys. Andy's upstairs. Dean: What? You lie. Travis: Come on up and see. (When the team came up and saw Andy talking with Robert, Vic, and Maya they were surprised to see her.) Jack: Hey, you. How's everything going? Andy: Good. Dean: Why are you hiding from us? Andy: I'm still processing stuff that happened in Montana. Jack: What happened? Andy: It's really big news. Jack: Okay. What is it? (Andy stands up, and shows them her belly.) Andy: Surprise. (When Jack and Dean saw her belly they were shocked and speechless.) Jack: You're pregnant? Andy: Yes, and engaged. Dean: This is a whole lot to process. Andy: Yeah, it is. I'm having a daughter, and I'm 29 weeks and 2 days. Jack: Wow. I'm just speechless. Andy: I want you guys to know this is why I'm not captain. In Montana I got everything I ever wanted, I have a daughter and a man I love, and that's what I want you to know. Jack: Wait, why aren't Vic, Travis, and Maya surprised? Maya: We knew. Dean: Why? Andy: I needed my family, and I was scared about how you guys would react. Jack: Who's the guy? Andy: It's kinda shocking. Jack and Dean: Okay. Andy: It's Robert Sullivan, your captain. Jack: That's crazy. Are you joking Robert: No, she isn't. We are together. Jack and Dean: Wow. Jack: I didn't see this coming. Andy: Are you guys mad at me for hiding this?

Jack: No, I believe that you told us when we were ready. I'm happy for you, Andy. Andy: Thank you. I guess I'll be hanging here more now. Robert: Finally. Jack: I guess that you'll have to tell us everything about the baby and Sullivan later. Andy: Okay. I will.: End of Conversation

After that, a call came in, and Andy went home. When Andy got home she felt at ease, because her whole family knew.
