Chapter 11 - Part 1

Time Jump...

Andy's 16 Weeks and 3 Days... Today Ripley arrives. When Andy woke up this morning, she was anxious again, because of Ripley's arrival, and today she tells Pruitt and Lucas that she's having a baby. Also, she finds out the gender.

Pruitt arrived yesterday. Robert picked him up at the airport and took him to his hotel.

When Andy woke up this morning she was anxious but happy. When Robert woke up this morning with a text from Lucas text said: "Hey. Made my flight. Should be here by noon. Renting a car, and checking into the hotel. After that, I will head over. Can't wait to see y'all."

When Andy got dressed today, she wore one of Robert's shirts, to hid her pregnancy. She wasn't that big, but if someone looked closely they would notice. At about 11:00 AM, she left for the bakery. When she got there and saw the cake she got excited to know what the color inside was. When she picked up the cake it really set in that she was having a baby, and by the end of the day she would know if they were having a son or daughter.

It also set in that no one in Seattle knows about the baby. If they were in Seattle, she would have told her friends weeks ago, but she's not in Seattle. She went to Montana for training, fell in love, and got pregnant. Plus, since she got pregnant she has been falling more in love with this man. So when she goes back to Seattle this is going to be a lot to explain.

When Andy got home from the bakery, Robert was making lunch. So she put the cake up and left for Pruitt's hotel. Andy was gone about 15 minutes when Lucas arrived. When Andy picked up Pruitt, she was surprised that he didn't notice her baggy shirt. When Andy got back she was surprised to see Lucas, but she was excited.

When Lucas and Pruitt arrived they talked and ate lunch. After they talked and ate, and that's when Andy told everyone that they had a surprise.

Andy, Robert, Pruitt, and Lucas Conversation... Andy: We have a surprise. (Robert brought out the cake.) Andy: We have been hiding this from y'all because we didn't know how to tell y'all. So Robert and I have some news. In the cake is a surprise. Lucas and Pruitt: Okay. Andy: Lucas, can you cut the cake? Lucas: Okay.

When Lucas cut the cake, it was...
