Chapter 28

Andy's 30 Weeks and 2 Days... Today, Andy is introducing Elle and Chase to the team. This morning, when Robert got up, Andy got up with him, because she's so excited to introduce the team to Elle and Chase. When Andy was in Montana, everyone at the fire academy and her station became her second family, so she was excited to introduce them to her Seattle family. While Robert was getting ready for work, they talked for a bit.

Andy and Robert Conversation... Robert: How are you feeling? Andy: Horrible. Robert: Why? Andy: I don't know. Today, I'm introducing Elle and Chase to everyone at the station. Robert: Okay. Let me know before you come. Andy: Okay.: End of Conversation

After that, Robert finished getting to go to work, kissed Andy goodbye, and then left. After he left, she rested for a bit and then got ready herself. After Andy got ready, she hanged out for a little bit. Around eleven in the morning, Andy called Elle and Chase to let them know that she's on the way, and then she calls Robert to let him know that she's on the way to pick up Elle and Chase, and then she would head to the station. After she finished talking to both of them, Andy headed to the hotel to pick Elle and Chase up and then headed to the station.

On the way to the station, Andy talks to Chase and Elle. Andy, Chase, and Elle Conversation... Andy: Hey. I just want you guys to know that Lucas and Vic's relationship is a secret. So you haven't meet Vic or Lucas. I'm not sure if Lucas is going to be here though. Elle and Chase: Okay. Andy: Who's ready to meet my family? Elle: We both are. Andy: Okay.: End of Conversation After they finished talking, they arrived at the station.

When they got to the station and came inside, Robert was waiting for them. The team was cleaning up when they got there. Andy was excited but anxious to introduce the team to them.

Whole Team Conversation... Robert: You guys ready? Elle: As ready as we could ever be. Robert: Okay. Let's go. (After Robert talked to them, they all went upstairs, and Robert called everyone up.) Andy: Everyone, I would like to introduce you to Elle and Chase. I know them from the fire academy. (Andy goes around introducing the team to Elle and Chase.) Elle: Hello, everyone. It's nice to meet everyone. Do you guys have any questions? Maya: How do you know Andy? When did you meet her? Elle: We meet on the first day of training, but we didn't get close until she started to teach all of us at the fire academy. I was one of her many teachers. When Captain Hopper told everyone that she was going to come to teach us that, we were all shocked, but glad to get more training. Dean: Did she teach it well? Andy: Very funny. Elle: She's a natural teacher. The first class that I've taught with what she taught us, is doing very well. Do you have any more questions? Maya: Yes, tell us about a fire. Andy: Which one? We've done a few. Do you want to hear about a three or a four or a five-alarm? Maya: Four alarm. Elle: We had a four-alarm fire a shift after Andy told Captain Hopper that she was pregnant. All her would let her do was hand out water, and EMS work. Maya: Wow. Who's Captain Hopper? Andy: Captain Hopper was my captain, while I was working in Montana. He was my captain at my station and the fire academy. Over the few months, I was in Montana, he became family. Along with everyone at my station and the fire academy. Jack: How did shifts work? Elle: For me, I work in the fire academy, which means that whenever I'm not teaching I can do shifts if I want, and I have a certain number of shifts, I have to do each year. Andy: I also had a certain amount of shifts I had to do, also. Jack: How did belonging to a station work? Elle: Even though we are teachers, we belong to a station, in case of a big fire, and so we can do our shifts. Jack: Okay.: End of Conversation After that, they all talked for a couple of hours, then Andy took them back to the hotel, and then went home.

Andy got home between two to three in the afternoon. When she got home, she rested and hung out for a little bit. About four or five in the evening, Elle called and asked if she wanted to join them for dinner, and Andy accepted. After she accepted, she got ready to go and went to the hotel to pick them up, and then they headed to dinner.

While at dinner they all talked and had fun, for one last time, because Elle and Chase are leaving tomorrow.

Andy, Chase, and Elle and Conversation... Andy: I can't believe you guys are leaving tomorrow. I don't want you guys to. Elle: I don't wait to leave either, but we should be getting back. Andy: Okay. Do you want me to take you to the airport, tomorrow? Chase: If you want. Andy: Okay. Elle: I guess we should be getting back to the hotel. Andy: I guess.: End of Conversation After that, Andy dropped them off at the hotel, and then she headed home to bed.

Andy's 30 Weeks and 3 Days... Today, Andy takes Chase and Elle to the airport. When Andy got up this morning, she was sad that they were going back, but she knew that they would be back to meet the baby. She got ready to go, and on the way out the door, Robert got home. Robert knew that she was taking them to the airport, so he kissed her, and she left. When she got to the hotel, they were waiting for her. So she took them to the airport, and they said goodbye.

Andy, Chase, and Elle Conversation... Andy: I can't believe you guys are leaving. Elle: I know. We'll be back. (They all hug.) Elle: Goodbye for now. Andy: Goodbye.: End of Conversation After that, they went behind the doors and waved goodbye. Then Andy headed home.
