When Jungkook wakes up next morning, the floor is cleaned and there are no pieces of vase lying on the floor, it tugs at Jungkook's heart to see the place empty where the vase use to sit but he ignores it, what gone is gone at least he has Taehyung.

He finds Taehyung on the couch, reading the newspaper, the elder smiles when he looks at Jungkook. He quickly walks towards Taehyung and slips into his personal space.

"Slept well?"

Jungkook yawns and hums, still sleepy.

The rest of the day goes on like that but something is not right, Jungkook can sense it in the air, there is a tension between both of them. What happened last night is not something that both of them can just forget and move on from. No matter how much they tried to mend their relationship it's just not enough.

At the end they both decide to talk to their Hyungs about it.

"I think you both should see someone…" Jin says, his voice a little bit uncertain.

Both Jungkook and Taehyung's eyes widen, "What?"

"A therapist as in, you both have issues clearly. I think having a professional guide you through this relationship will be good."

When Taehyung and Jungkook both still look unconvinced, Yoongi tries to explain them further, "Believe me or not but Taehyung has trust issues, anxiety, and Jungkook you- you don't believe that you're capable of being loved."

Both of them go silent after listening to Yoongi, he is right, Taehyung and Jungkook do have issues and they tried solving it by themselves but something was always incomplete, uncertain.

Taehyung intertwines his hand with Jungkook's and looks up, "Yeah, you're right. Do you know any professional?"

Yoongi shrugs, looking around the room at everyone. Few seconds later Hoseok jumps in his seat, "How about Namjoon?"

It's Namjoon's turn to look surprised, "Hyung, I don't do therapy."

"Yeah but you did study it right? And you also did your PhD under a psychologist. You know this stuff and you know both of them. They Just need someone to put things in perspective for them. That's it."

"Okay I guess."

And so it begins, Namjoon is free on friday and saturdays. So both Taehyung and Jungkook visit him, first separately and then together. After a few sessions things start to fall in perspective. Turns out Taehyung and Jungkook just needed to sit down and be transparent to each other. Namjoon navigates their conversation perfectly. Taehyung realizes that all this time he had been Just convincing himself that he trusts Jungkook but now he truly does, Namjoon helps him understand it slowly. Jungkook finds out that his issues come way back from his family, his poor excuse of a family.

Nonetheless, everything goes well and Jungkook thinks that he might Just fall in love again with how confident Taehyung has become with their relationship. The change is noticeable, Taehyung becomes less jittery, Jungkook starts to believe in himself more. The years of confidence that his parents had broken in him starts to come back and he becomes more accepting of affection.

After their last session with Namjoon, when Taehyung and Jungkook are going back home. Jungkook looks out of the window from where he is sitting on the passenger seat. It feels surreal to have Taehyung in his life. He is Jungkook's true family. Jungkook has never been so confident about himself or his relationship but now he is and he knows Taehyung is too.

They can finally let go of the past and look at what the future holds for them.

Jungkook smiles content and looks at Taehyung, the elder is focused more on the road, driving the car.

After a few seconds when Jungkook keeps looking at him, he turns around, "What happened baby?"

"Nothing, I just love you a lot."

Taehyung laughs,  the throaty sound is music to Jungkook's ears. "Yeah me too Jungkook, me too."
