chishiya only smiled at her, the thought of finally getting his hands on the paper she stole intrigues him.

staring at her, she seemed more innocent to his eyes.

only in a large white shirt, bare legs displayed. her hair was messy in a good way and all traces of any kind of make up was gone.

hatter seemed taken aback by her sudden eagerness in joining the beach but nonetheless he smiled before gesturing the people to open the walls and soon she saw on the walls of the other half of the room were spray painted drawings of the whole deck of cards.

some where crossed out, mainly the lower difficulty ones and a little of the high difficulty ones.

"this is the purpose of the beach! we believe that in order to leave the country, one person must collect all the cards-"

"country? why? because we needed visas?" she asked with raised eyebrows.

"exactly babygirl" a guy with a riffle said as he pass her twirling her hair on his fingers.

he had a lot of piercings, it was attractive to say the least, but his existence screamed idiot which was not her type.

rolling her eyes she slapped his hand away with the back of her hand before staring back at hatter.

"i dont need answers, just tell me the rules" she said crossing her arms.

"and why wouldn't you want answers? everyone needed answers, that's why they come here-"

"and I didn't come here willingly right? besides~ whoever said that i wanted out of this place" she said with a smile.

"what?" mira, the girl with a hime cut asked in confusion. "why play if you don't want to escape this world?"

"simply because it's fun" she said earning looks that made her feel like she was a weird specimen to their eyes.

her answers intrigued chishiya more.

she truly was interesting.

hatter was happy with her answers. if she truly was an excellent player, her eagerness to not return will be of great used for them.

she'll willingly risk her life to gather cards for them until they all get to escape this place.. now he knows why aguni wanted her in.

he should thank him later.

"so?-" she said before flopping down the chair, crossing her legs."- the rules?"

hatter smiled. "first rule is to wear swim wear- since we are in a 'beach'. it's also smart since.. you can't hide weapons in bikinis now- right?"

"second rule is that all cards belongs to the beach, every card from every game you play must be handed to us"

with those words he brought out her card from last night that he found on her purse.

seeing that, that was the only one he had, she smiled knowing that the rest of her ten cards were still inside her bra.

"and third rule, death all traitors" he said to which she only smiled nodding her head.

"is that all?" she asked, eager to just leave and play with chishiya.

she was excited to get another reaction out of him. every guy that she played with before were too easy for her.

chishiya however, he was too intriguing for her not to get interested for a long time.

"in this place we have the militants who's in charge of the weapons and then i have my executives who helps me run the beach-"

"is shuntarou part of the executives?" she asked, eyes connecting to chishiya's.

he only raised his eyebrows at her cheeky smile.

hatter let out an amused laugh. "i see you're interested in him? just to fill you in, here in the beach we allow, drugs, drinking and sex. do all that you want to enjoy life!"

"good to know" she simply said before eyeing chishiya suggestively.

she was teasing and he knows it. that's why he only stood there smiling, knowing that the moment he gave her a reaction, she'll win their little game.

"and yes chishiya here is a member of the executives- us executives are the ones who usually brings the higher cards home-"

"can i be in an executive?"she asked after unwrapping a lollipop, popping it into her mouth.

"you can only be an executive if you have a higher number, and you can only have a higher number if you are able bring higher cards or cards that we need-" the guy wearing glasses explained.

reaching her hand into her shirt she pulled out from her bra, ten cards.

spreading the cards on her hand she showed it upfront with an innocent smile.

"are these enough?"
