Greamno and MCYT Oneshots

Worship AU pt. 2

K this is a part 2 to my worship AU chapter so read that one first.

It should be pretty damn easy to find it.

Grian had to admit it sometime, so he'd just give them sutle hints.

After he told them he was a watcher, of course.

"Hey guys?" Grian asked nervously. He'd asked the two to meet him at Techno's house in the forest, the one in last part-

(HEY STOP BREAKING THE FOURTH WALL-)

"Yeah, what is it, Gri?" Dream asked, concerned for the (bro just admit it) smaller hermit.

"Well I uh- I have something to admit to you..." He trailed off. In all honesty, Grian was terrified of telling his partners about his past.

"Let's be honest, could it be any worse than being partners with Dream?" Techno questioned.

Grian have a hollow laugh, mouth dry.

"Heh, yeah." Grian mumbled.

"Hey, we won't hate you for whatever it is." Dream smiled, as if reading Grian's mind.

"I'm not so sure." Grian smiled weakly. "Might as well get it over with, tho." He added.

The room was mostly silent as the trio shifted.

"I, when I was uh, younger, I used to be a uhm- a watcher." Grian started off. Dream lurched backwards a little in surprise, while Techno simply raised an eyebrow.

"I- I'm sorry. It wasn't like I had a choice and-" Grian was cut off.

"It's okay, Gri." Dream smiled sadly, hugging his boyfriend. "I uh, I know."

"...oh." Grian trailed off. Inside, no matter how deep, he was glad. He didn't have to explain.

"I have a player watcher as my God, I really can't judge." Techno simply stated.

Grian laughed at the irony.

"Thanks, you guys." Grian smiled. "Thanks."

"Of course. You thought we'd what, leave you to suffer alone because of something you couldn't control? That'd be like you guys abandoning me because of Nightmare." Dream questioned, laughing.

"Fair enough!"

Now that they knew he used to be a watcher, Grian just had to 'subtly hint' that he was the gold god.

Heh.

Subtly hint.

Yeah right.

The first hint was actually subtle and hard to get.

The trio where talking about religions and God's and such, as each worshipped and believed in their own.

"Well, my God's name was Diamond. It was said that he would just randomly give out gold, but some people said he charged for it." Techno explained.

"Huh." Grian muttered.

"According to the most people, he was instructed on doing so." Techno said.

"Well they're wrong." Grian stated.

"...yeah, people say that, but no-one really believes it." Techno admitted.

No, they were actually wrong.

The next hint was also pretty subtle, just not as subtle as the last one.

"The original gold was supposedly mined from the overworld." Techno smiled as he spoke, his religion was pretty important to him.

"No it was from the creative inventory." Grian stated.

"It was- what?" Techno asked.

"I mean- most likely? Since this was a watcher." Grian explained.

Dream took him to the side an hour later.

"Say your watcher name didn't happen to be diamond, did it?"

"You caught me."

"You sly gremlin."

"Don't tell Techno!"

He wasn't even trying anymore.

"So this guy only spoke galactic and english." Techno explained. "So, it was hard to communicate."

"Yeah, exactly! I only spoke in galactic!" Grian answered.

Techno turned to him, confused.

Dream was really trying to suppress his laughter now.

Techno would have to be both deaf and blind to not realize.

"Techno, no-" Grian face palmed.

"You can't tell me what to do!"

"Yes I can!" Grian simply shouted.

"How come."

"I thought you where supposed to listen to your gods." Grian grumbled.

Techno blinked.

"wHAT-"

"Are you legally blind, Techno- I just- my watcher name was Diamond, Techno-" Grian faltered.

"wAIT A MINUTE-"

"OH NOW HE GETS IT!"

This has taken longer to write than I would like to admit, so just don't bring it up-

It's 1:15 AM, I'm tired, how are you-
