Dream was speed.

Like

Big speed.

He held literal speed running records.

How was that not impressive!?

So when he decided to steal Grian's parrot and run off with it,

The other two had a hard time catching up.

"Dreeeeam!" Grian shouted as his boyfriend scaled a tree. They where in they're own private server, chasing the goofy player around.

"Yeah?" Dream mockingly called down to the shorter (you know the drill, STILL WON'T ADMIT IT-) Boyfriend.

"Give vesky bird back!" Grian shouted.

Dream paused.

"V- Vesky Vird!?!?" He cackled.

"It's a spin-off name!" Grian protested, trying (and failing) to scale the tree.

"Well, if you want Vesky- If you want Vesk-" Dream began wheezing dramatically.

"C'mon!" Grian pouted.

"I- if you want VV back, then y- you'll have to come get hi- m." Dream said, still laugh-wheezing.

Grian fell off the tree again and looked at Techno.

Techno looked at him.

Dream knew that look.

"NO DONT GET THE TNT!" He shouted and bolted. Grian was smiling, like full on ear to ear while running after Dream from the ground.

Techno managed to hook his way onto a tree diagonal to Dreams about a-hundred and forty blocks down, efficiently cutting off one of his escape routes.

Getting increasingly nervous, Dream jumped down to the ground, landing in the ocean.

Grian wasn't to far behind, but Dream still got away.

"He's to good at this!" The gremlin complained.

"How do you say we catch him?" Techno asked.

"Traps."

"A lot of them." Technoblade agreed.

Dream had made temporary home in an old witches hut. (He had murdered the witch, of course.)

Dream sat down and chuckled to himself. He'd be so ready for any traps they had coming his way.

Stepping out of the hut, grabbing Vesky Vird- still couldn't get over it.

He stepped out of the hut with VV, making sure he was secure and safe.

The wind blew east as he headed north. Leaves and sticks hit his face occasionally as he trekked forwards. He hoped to get to the ocean, which was more west now he thought of it, by sunset.

He came across a dessert temple. In the middle of a bamboo forest.

Honestly how gullible did they think he was?

He walked straight past it, VV still in his hands (Well, on his shoulder).

"Worth a shot." Grian mumbled to Techno.

Dream skipped around a couple of biomes, trying to keep to the tree's. The wind had turned down into a light breeze at that point, making it easier for Dream.

But the other two had a plan.

"You have the fishing hook?" Grian asked excitedly.

"Yes, I have the rod that hooks fish." Techno replied in his usual monotone voice.

"Mhm. Just hand it here." Grian giggled.

Okay, it was a stupid plan.

They put a bowl of seeds on the hook and lowered it down to the parrot, hoping for it to jump of Dreams shoulder.

Dream saw the bowl and jerked. VV squawked, clinging to Dreams shoulder harder.

The masked man burst out laugh-wheezing, still running.

Grian huffed.

"That was pretty trash." Techno said.

"Not helping!"

"..."

"I do love you though."

Dream didn't know why he was doing this, all he knew was he wanted to get revenge for Grian forcing them to take him to a TNT festival.

He was so caught up in thought he barely noticed the creeper.

Then he ran into a net.

Like, a giant net.

His reflexes acted on they're own, pushing him of the net and around it. Where there was another net.

Another one.

"Your kidding-" he muttered.

He could hear Grian laughing.

No, literally. He was standing at the top of the sand dune.

"Hey babe."

"Damn youuu." Dream cursed playfully.

"Mhm." Grian said, rolling his eyes as he picked VV up.

"How's you get so many giant nets?"

"Dream."

"Yes?"

"Dream it's all one net."

"..."

"Oh."

"Are you feeling okay?"
