When you panic write at 2am on a google docs sheet and end up writing a Watcher AU desperate suicidal Grian drabble and publish it on wattpad the next day-
Enjoy!
Grian was so, so tired.
It felt so overwhelming, all the responsibility that was thrown at him. He felt so scared, that if he even slipped up once, just slightly, the entire empire they'd built would come crashing down.
It'd taken him so, so long to recover from the events following EVO, and he didn't want to turn to them, to everyone who had ever supported him, and tell them it hadn't worked.
He couldn't tell them that.
He couldn't tell them he hadn't recovered.
He thought he had! He thought everything was okay and that he was okay but now he wasn't and everything was coming down on him.
Grian was so, so tired.
The entire MC community counted on him to be up-to-date on his part of the government, -other dimensional matters- and if he wasn't then what would they do?
It had taken Grian so, so long to get to were he was now, to help, and he didn't want to look at the community and everyone who counted on him and tell them he couldn't do it anymore.
He couldn't do that, he wouldn't do that.
He couldn't tell them the truth, no.
Not now, not ever.
He'd go with it.
He'd do it.
Grian was so, so tired.
He fell into a relationship with two of the brightest players early on into his government career. He loved the two of them to death, goddamnit. They'd been just the best hecking people ever.
Grian never wanted to tell them that he couldn't handle it, that he couldn't handle the responsibility he stepped up and put himself, that he had to push his work into them again.
Grian could never do that.
No, god, no.
He'd never say, never hint at it.
He was fine, he'd get things done.
He always did, why stop what worked so well?
(Even if it was tearing him apart...)
Grian was so, so tired.

Grabbing onto the nearest railing, the red-sweatered boy hauled himself up, ignoring his aching hands and dry eyes, ignoring the fatigue that came with every small movement. He needed to print out this form and submit it into Prime Julia's folder, then he could get started on his next project.
His sluggish movements turned into more precise ones as he grabbed the printed out form and headed of to the Prime's office, slipping out quietly as not to distract his co-workers.
(He ignored the fact that he was three weeks ahead of the workplace; three weeks ahead could always be four, he reminded himself.)
Finally slipping the paper into a finished folder, Grian was quick to slide it onto the admins desk before making his quick exit, basically running back to his work office.
(God, everything hurt so much.)
He sat down at his desk again, opening up his computer and pulling Elgoog docs up and starting on his next project.
(Four weeks ahead could always be five weeks ahead...)

Grian simply stood, most of his weight being held by Techno, one of his boyfriends, who was standing besides him.
"You can always talk to us, yeah?" Techno reassured the strawberry blonde.
The blonde blinked up at him, words slowly registering in his mind, gaze quickly snapping back to the horizon.
"Yeah, I know." He answered, expecting the usual encouraging smile and change if topic.
"No, Grian." Techno almost hissed, surprising the smaller (no comment). "Gri, look. Look at me. You can talk, please don't say it's nothing because we can all tell it's something. Please don't repress your emotions for 'our sake', okay?"
It took the male a minute, slowly processing everything.
The silence stretched, it was barely bearable.
And then, a laugh. A slow, dry laugh that echoed to heaven and back.
"Dream told you what to say, eh?" Grian smiled, humorlessly and genuine.
The two chuckled for a minute before the mood turned somber.
A son echoed through the room.
"I'm so Tired, Techno. I'm so fucking tired." Grian finally admitted, burrying his face into Techno's chest. "I- I can't- I don't know how-"
"It's okay, it's okay." Techno soothed. He wasn't sure how exactly to do this, but he'd seen this shit on TV so it shouldn't be to hard, right?
"I don't know what I'm doing, Techno. I cant- I'm not-"
"I know, I know. It's okay, I swear, it's okay."
"No, no no I cant- I have to-"
"Your safe now. Not there, here."
"I can't do this anymore."
"Yes, yes you can. We'll get you help, god Grian we'll get you help."
"B- no, I need to- I need to-"
"You need to have a good work schedule. You need a break, Gri."
God did he need a break.
