Keegan woke up in the middle of the ride and now he was bouncing excitedly on the back seat, rambling on and on about how thrilled he was. Much to my surprise, Luke just laughed it off and even chipped in here and there.

Soon enough, Luke parked the car at the diner's driveway and him, being the gentleman he is, told me to wait and run over to open my door before helping Keegan out of the car as well.

I thanked him with a chaste kiss on his jaw, earning a dorky grin for the tall blonde.

I grabbed Keegan's hand in mine and the three of us head into the restaurant looking like a real family. I blushed madly when the front-man said that, causing Luke to laugh his ass off as soon as the front-man was gone. Asshole!

"Have you ever been here before?" Luke asked once he was done chortling.

"I think I have, once perhaps. I don't know, can't really remember it,"

"We did, once indeed. It was two years ago when we came here for your meeting and then Uncle Cal choose to meet up here as well before he proposes to Uncle Mikey," Keegan chirped in happily.

"Ah yeah, now I do remember that."

"Silly, how could you forget that? It was your best buds engagement," Luke asked, an amused smile on his lips.

"Oh, hush up, you blondie. I have a more serious matter to remember,"

"Sure thing, Dory,"

"... pardon?"

"You know, Nemo's friend, Dory?"

"Um, yeah... and?"

"She's just like you,"

"What, how?"

"Short-time memory, sometimes slow, just you know... that kind of stuff," Luke said, a smug smirk planted on his face. I glared sharply at him, before eventually rolling my eyes,

"I feel like cursing you out, but I'm not a bad father, so watch out, Hemmings," I threatened him half-jokingly. He laughed again, knowing it was mostly an empty threat. I was about to sass him again but a young lady walked over to our table.

"Good evening, welcome to Dine in Diner, can I take your order yet?"

"Hello, can we start with the drink first?" I greeted her politely.

"Of course, of course,"

"Can we get a bottle of wine along with a glass of lemonade?" Luke asked causing me to shot him the confused gaze.

"Sure thing, anything else?"

"I'll just have lemonade as well," I said, still confused by Luke decision.

"Okay, and what about you, young man?"

"Can I please get a glass of raspberry refresher?"

"Of course, cutie. The drinks will be with you in 5 minutes,"

"Thank you," The three of us saluted.

As soon as she's far away from us, I kicked Luke's leg from under the table.

"Ow, what you do that for?"

"A bottle of wine, really?"

"He drinks, right?"

"Well, occasionally yeah, but it's a public place and technically illegal,"

"I didn't buy it for us to drink it here. It's for my second plan,"
