CATHARSIS*

She remembered yesterday as an embarrassing experience. Instead of actually responding,she ran off while muttering something about tomorrow .

He was waiting for an answer,that she didnt provide. She interrogated herself,more,more,more,more and more.

In fact,she didnt see him exactly in the same light. Sure,he was cute and a nice personn,but in the way people refers as nice.

Nonetheless, when she received that message,she was surprised. She already had her suspicions , though never acted on them.

However,she said to herself to she should have seen it coming when he started randomly talking about going to dinner on Wednesday. It was kind of out of character,but she didnt think much of it.

Yet, the signs were there. She didnt notice at first,but that sentence about dinner was followed by "just the two of us".

They did end up going but not paying attention to the full context,brought friends with her. It was normal for the most part. That's when it hit her.

She tought that he was looking at her a little more than normal that day,besides the fact that he had been avoiding her all the week.

Her phone was right besides her. Now, two options were presented to her: Running forever from the problem at hand or answering honestly.

She chose the second option, cause she was courageous.

While her finger where slowly approaching the phone, a plethora of memories flied through her mind.

Her mind was plastered by all the moment they spent together. She stopped before grabbing the phone.

On the other hand,she had also very strong urges to punch him sometimes.

She realised she truly appreciated all those moments,even more than she thought.

She grabbed her phone firmly and composed the number.

"Hello?"

Few seconds passed.

He responded:
"Is it THE Valkyrae on the phone?"

The urges to punch started back. She answered:
" Stop it! You never call me like that. I got chills done my spine after hearing that."

A familiar sound stopped the conversation.

" Hic."

Even so,it didn't really disrupt the flow of conversation or disturb them that much. They were used to it.

She continued:
" So, about yesterday..."

He started to lose a little of the energy from earlier.

" Yeah,so? W-what do you think?"

" Hm,I've tought about it but I'm actually still a little confused."

"It's ok."

" So, I think it'll be better for the moment if I had some time to think."

" Well,that's ok,this isnt a pressing matter."

She hang up,a little embarrassed.

At this point,both of them had put their stances on the table.

However,one thing was for sure,she was happy to have relieved the stress from having running away yesterday.
The next step was now to form a proper answer for herself.

Still, like yesterday was full of surprises, tomorrow could be filled with twists.

P.s.:  Foreshadowing,woo. Also,I added a little bit of comedy
