MELODRAMATIC BEVERAGE (4/6): THUS, THIS DAY, THE NAME WAS UTTERED FIFTY TIMES

-February 4th, before the incident the following day-

Toast: " You're pestering me with this pointless shit. I mean, why are you so hesitant in the first place ?"

Sykkuno: " I already told you. "

Toast: " Finish that line and I'll hit you with a frying pan."

In the room, Lily was pained by their spectacle.

Lily: " Oh my god! It's not a big deal, you know."

She said with a mocking smile.

Sykkuno: " Wait , why are you looking at me like that ?"

She answered, as if it was something so obvious.

Lily: " I know."

Sykkuno: " Are we still talking about who would make the cofee or...."

She seemed confused, as she entered the room not too long ago.

Lily: " What? That's about it? I thought this was about...."

Sykkuno: " Wait, what do you mean by " I know" ?!"

She cackled as if he told the funniest of joke.

Toast: " Yeah, I can see it too. Ahem."

Sykkuno: " I don't get it."

Lily: " Reaaaally?"

Toast left the room.

Toast: " It's too easy to tease him concerning that, I'd rather do something else. So, concerning that present, are you sure you're fine with that plain thing? I mean, did you even ask? Meh, whatever. I'll see if I find it online."

Sykkuno:" O-ok."

Lily: " A cofee bag, seriously?"

Sykkuno: " Actually, a cup, not a cofee bag. The bag is just him searching for weird stuff."

Lily: " I'm relieved. I tought you were serious for a second."

Sykkuno: " But...."

Lily: " You thought about really giving it as a joke, didn't you?"

Sykkuno: " How did you?"

She face palmed.

Lily: " We lived with you... Besides, I think you could do better as far as gift could go."

Sykkuno: " You're talking like you know who it is for."

Lily: " I think everyone in this house knows who it is for. "

Sykkuno: " What?!"

Lily, imitating his voice: "[ I hope the day would past faster so I can play with Rae], [Is Rae coming too?], [ Do you know where Rae went?], [ I was on the phone with Rae], [ I'm playing among us, with Rae] ."

He blushed.

Sykkuno: " I- I I-I don't say it that much!"

Lily: " Yes, you do. There was even a time where you said it 5 times in a span of 10 seconds. That's actually really impressive."

Sykkuno: " What of it?"

Lily: " Sigh. You're seriously that naive?"

Sykkuno: "Naive about what?"

She sighed.

Lily: " Let's put it like this. If you had to chose between playing with Rae and going on a date with someone, what would you chose?"

Sykkuno: " Playing with Rae, why?"

Lily: " Why?"

Sykkuno: " Seems way more fun."

Lily: " That's my point."

Sykkuno:" Meh. I don't get it."

Lily: " Seriously?!"

Sykkuno: " Yeah,why?"

She couldn't handle it anymore.

Lily: " Let's try another approach."

Sykkuno: " Huh,ok?"

Lily: " Concur of interest, who do you think is the cutest between our group and beyond? "

Sykkuno: " You guys are all great, especially Rae."

Lily: " You're doing it again! "

Sykkuno: " Ok, what?"

Lily: " You specifically excluded the others from that question."

Sykkuno: " Maybe it's just your imagination."

Lily: " Are you doing that deflecting thing again ?"

Sykkuno: " Anyway, concerning that Rae gift, you think Rae would like the cup and is Rae really coming here tomorrow. I have to show Rae that new game I bought."

Lily: " You do realise saying it one time would have been enough, right?"

-February 5th, back to the current situation-

The aforementioned was confused by what she just watched.

" What the hell was that?", she said.

The events that unfolded in the broadcast she just watched were displayed in the blue smoke.

" Happy now, I drank it."

"That still doesn't explain....."

The flashback continued before she could finish.

Lily: " Well, whatever. You do you. Anyway, have you heard of that new urban legend where negative feelings take a form. They call it Azure, kind of a non threatening name."
