THE EXCLUSIVE AND THE UNREQUITED PART 2: THE EXCLUSIVE

Her cocoa skin was reflecting on the glassy display of the cafe. She still didnt really get why but it felt like a decisive moment was about to unfold.

Not too long ago,she would have never imagined herself in this situation. She tought back to those things he sent her and what he said that fateful day.

Even tho at first,their conversations after that felt awkward at times,they gradually evolved to a point where it was comfortable for both of them. In a curious twist of fate, what fixed the problem was the arrival of that new girl in the group.

She knew Evah hated her guts. The feeling was mutual but she could in a sense understand her. She was an obstacle in the path of a enamored maiden.

The sky was getting cloudy.

For some reason,it filled her with anger each time Evah and him were doing anything together outside of activities with their full group.

"(Why?)", she always tought to herself at those moments. Why does it matter? Why not me? Why just them?

She knew it was kind of contradictory to question his intent after what he said,but she couldn't help herself.

Steps could be heard getting closer and closer. 

She didn't turn back. This decision faced her with her own reflection,as well as the mirror image of one of the subject of her inner toughts.

She saw Evah sigh trough the reflection.

Evah: Sometimes, I wonder why we even have those feuds in the first place. I can already picture what you're thinking about.

She clenched her fist and turned back. 
The sight beholded by Evah seemed unmatchable in her mind. She tought that she was on a level on her own and began to wonder if she ever had a chance in the first place. However, Evah wasn't a girl who gave up easily.

Rae mind wasn't really focused on her however.

Evah: Did you already forgot why we're here? We're deciding the final choice.

This sentence incited a reaction from Rae.

" Isn't that for his own to decide tough?"

Those words didn't came out of spite or jealousy, but out of genuine concern and care.

It seemed as if they were enough to make the girl question her actions. In a last attempt to quench for her ideal ending,she questioned "the cat".

Evah:" Why were you so angry that day when I confessed?"

The eyes of Rae widened in response to that question. Seeing a reaction,she continued.

Evah:" You know, I always found odd that day that he got some call that day after I was trying to pass my message."

Rae looked to the right, as her cheeks were getting redder.

Evah: " Could you actually be.... Trying to put me away from him....."

Rae covered her ears as if to not hear anything. However,the red of her face was betraying her.

" I....I....I don't want you getting closer to him,that's all..."

It was the last thing Evah wanted to hear but she wasnt a crazy personn to just lunge at her. So,she asked another question,after sighing heavily.

Evah: " And why is that?....It's not like you're....."

The attitude of the soft skinned girl switched immediately, now harbouring a determined look on her face.

Seeing such a powerful emotion on her face,Evah was taken aback. It was like her feelings were reduced to nothing in comparison to the intensity of that look. If she had to describe it,it would be like someone had initiated a fire in their eyes. One so intense that only the smoke generated from it would be insuferable.

Rae then started to utter some words as a familiar silhouette approached.

" To answer your questions,I........"
