Raekkuno one shots

ENVY

Two days after the "incident".

Sykkuno was at the finals hour of his stream. He closed the game he was playing and started to converse with his chat.

They were quick to notice he  was different throughout the whole experience.

He was smiling way more than normal,without hiding it .

Questions started flowing,faster than they could be properly managed.

As such,he continued answering to donations,until one of them caught his attention.

[What's your type of girl?]. The odd thing about that message was that it was from an affiliated account.

Arming himself with the usual tone shift and running gag,he said:

" The type who are into me,cause as you guys know....."

Before he could finish the go-to sentence,his phone ringed. He didnt pay attention to the name or the number,he just picked it up.

" Hm,hello."

" Oh, Rae. Why are u calling me right now?"

" I...actually don't know,I kind of forgot."

He was perplexed.

" Oh yeah, I remember,it was about that Among us game we didn't get to play cause of that "one" accident."

" I-I see."

It was probably the most awkward conversation they ever had.

Usually,the flow of the conversation didnt really stop but now it was at a standstill. After a long silence,the conversation continued.

" It was postponed."

"Hm,you know, I would have seen wich day it would be later on anyway, you know."

" Hm. That's actually true. Well,see ya."

It was the most expeditive phone call ever.

Oddly,the timing of that phone call coincided with the peculiar message.

He didnt think much of it more than that. However, it was the first of a series of odd behaviours.

The next day, they had a scheduled among us game together with a new invite.

Everyone joined, with a new face being introduced.

" Hello,my name is Evah,I mostly play card games but I decided to try this today since I was invited. "

They all introduced themselves to her.

She stopped for a moment,in front of a leafy individual.

" Do you remember me?,she said.

He was a little perplexed.

" Hm, I don't remember interacting with you,sorry."

The girl was a little disappointed.

"Well,I'm gonna ask you again then. What's your type of girl?"

He started to almost choke on his own saliva. 

" What?!"

The usual comments from his friends about his female attention started getting fired.

She was waiting for his answer.

" Someone who likes me I guess..."

"Do I qualify?",she asked.

"Hm,hmmm,hmmm."

He was getting more and more uncomfortable.

A very loud "STOP IT!",could be heard across everyone audio.

" Huh,Rae?"

The loud speaker confronted the girl:

" Can't you see you're embarrassing him,stop it right here."

Confusion reigned in the lobby. It was like they had forgotten they were also there.

" Jealous,are we?",the maiden retorqued.

" WHAT?!"

Trying to calm the situation,he intervened.

" H-Hm, maybe let's all calm down."

The tension was rising up.

Rae: " Sorry, I don't know what got over me".

Evah wasnt really taking it lightly however. She felt challenged.

Evah:" Well, if it's like that,let's twist tha....."

Before she even could finish forming her last words,he started to go on an argument with Rae,literally ignoring everything she said. That is to say,she felt offended.

Even Evah anger was still here, seeing this banter in front of her eyes lifted her up. She didn't admit defeat yet,for her, it was merely a war declared.

However, on the other side of the equation, things weren't so clear in both minds.

Sykkuno: " Why get so mad?"

Rae: " I dont know..."

The subject of the question was joining the tips of her fingers together in an awkward movement. 

P.s. : The introduction of a new major character. Her personality is not so clear right now, but it'll be revealed in time. Anyway, we're reaching the end of the first one shot and wanted to say I appreciate the support and the time you dedicate to my writing.  I usually have a chapter prealably written that I can release at any time and write another one if I have the time. This one is the saved one type.
