Jane had barely slept. She was so frustrated to go to school that she couldn't calm herself down. She prepared her bag, but all she wanted to do was punching her wall, which she did. Cassandra kept grumbling while she was putting bandages around Jane's hands. She couldn't believe that Jane was going to begin school with bruises on her hands. Jane didn't eat her breakfast, so Cassandra put a cereal bar in her bag, in case she was hungry before lunch.

Now they were in Cassandra's car, in direction of the school. Jane was holding tight her backpack while Cassandra was smiling, amused to see Jane like that. The ride seemed never-ending. The brunette didn't know how long she would support one hour of ride to go to school. They finally arrived on the parking lot of the school where Cassandra parked the car. Jane looked at all the teens chatting and laughing while going inside the building.

- "I don't like it," Jane grumbled.

- "It will be fine."

- "They are teens!"

- "You're a teen!"

- "I'm not like them!"

- "I'm sure they are not very different of you," Cassandra reassured.

- "Poor them, then."

Cassandra chuckled.

- "Come on, we're going to be late."

The aunt and the niece got out of the car. Jane looked at each teen around her with angry eyes, wanting them to know with who they were dealing with. She noticed two redheads and a teenage boy with skateboards, cheerleaders, Football players, three groups of nerds, and other groups of people which seemed to be "normal" compared to the others. She was apparently too weird for them as almost all of them stopped what they were doing to look at her and murmur things in each other's ears. Her leather jacket and her hair back were not welcomed here. She didn't care. She would probably stop coming here after one week. Cassandra and Jane entered in the building and walked in the halls until they arrived at the secretary. Cassandra began to talk with the woman behind the counter while Jane was staring into space until she felt someone touching her. She angrily frowned again and turned her head to see a brunette of her age smiling to her.

- "You're new?" the other girl smiled.

- "Why?"

- "I've never seen you here before."

- "Then, I'm pretty sure you could have guessed by yourself that I'm new!"

- "You, you didn't have your word to say about your school, am I wrong?"

Jane rolled her eyes.

- "I'm Clara."

- "Cool."

- "You don't wanna tell me your name?" Clara frowned.

- "No."

- "Why?"

- "Because."

- "Okay," she chuckled. "I know it's hard to discover a new school. You must miss your old friends."

- "My friends don't go to school," Jane said.

- "Really?"

- "Yeah."

- "Okay. Well, I hope you'll make new friends here. Oh...is that a tattoo on your neck?"

- "Yes."

- "What is it?"

- "A dragon."

- "Cool," Clara smiled. "Do you have other tattoos."

- "Maybe," Jane lightly smirked.
