Beverly had seen again Andrew during the week. She was beginning to like him. He seemed nice, he had a good job, he was well-off, and he was ready to do everything for her. He even introduced her to his husband, Daniel. He was Mexican and very nice too. She was feeling really safe and welcomed with them. They proposed her to spend the weekend with them, at their house, to help them to know a bit more about her. She hesitated but accepted. She couldn't stay her whole life with Jane and her aunt, even if they were amazing with her.

But before going to her uncle's house, she had to go to a baseball match. She was excited. With Lucas, Dustin, Clara, and Gabrielle, they bought a ticket for Jane. The brunette thanked them a million times for this. Now they were all in line outside the stadium, waiting to enter. Even if the atmosphere was deleterious, Jane was happy to be here. Max and Will didn't hide their discontentment of her presence. They kept giving black looks in her direction and murmuring awful things about her.

- "You still have time to leave," Max said.

- "But I don't wanna leave! I'm fine here," Jane answered. "I won't talk, I promise. I just wanna see the match and buy a hot-dog. I even brought my own money for it!"

Jane proudly showed her bill and coins to them. They all frowned when they saw that there wasn't enough for anything here.

- "What?" Jane frowned.

- "Hot-dogs cost a little bit more in a stadium," Gabrielle explained.

- "Oh..."

Jane looked at her money with a disappointed expression before putting it back in her pocket. Clara didn't support seeing Jane like that, so she hugged her to comfort her. Bev, Lucas, Dustin, and Gabrielle all looked at Will and Max with angry eyes. The two friends clenched their jaws and looked away, tired of this situation. If Jane wasn't there, they could have fun, but this girl was ruining everything. They kept walking in direction of the entrance in silence. They got searched, and Jane was surprised to not be searched more, and entered the building. Jane looked around with wide eyes, impressed to see so many people at the same place. She wasn't really comfortable in a crowd, so she grabbed Bev's arm to not lose her. The redhead had an amused smile. Jane seemed to have fun, and Bev was glad she did. Even if it was annoying Max and Will, she was sure they were understanding why they invited Jane. They arrived at their seats. Jane sat at the opposite of Will and Max, next to Beverly. She thought it wouldn't create tensions like that. But she was wrong. Will and Max were both boiling, ready to explode. Every time they were turning their heads to talk to their friends, Jane was there, talking with Beverly, Lucas, and the others.

- "You can go now! You saw how a stadium was looking like!" Will sharply said.

- "...I, I, I didn't..." Jane stuttered, dazed by his sudden reaction.

- "You wanted to see how a stadium was looking like, now you did! Go away now! They are not your friends!"

- "Will! What are you doing!?" Beverly intervened. "She is having fun!"

- "But we are not because of her! She is ruining everything!"

- "You can't give her a break!? She is not hurting anyone!" Lucas stated.

- "She doesn't need to hurt anyone to be a pain in the ass!"

- "Can you both stop!?" Mike intervened. "This is ridiculous! Can we enjoy a match without arguing!?"

- "We could have enjoyed the match if she wasn't there!"

- "What's the problem with her being here!?" Dustin asked.

- "She has nothing to do here!" Max answered. "It's not a place for people like her!"

- "People like her!? What is it supposed to mean!?" Gabrielle replied.
