"Is there going to be a swimming pool at this I-Island place? I wanna go swimming again." Kugo questioned sleepily as he searched through his stuff to pack.
"There's a place to swim on the island. It even has one of the largest lazy rivers since it circles around the island." Sakyh told him thinking about how her and Melissa used to scare their parents on said attraction.
Kugo smiled at the news and dug around for his swimsuit. It had been a few days since they had gone swimming so he knew it was clean. Once the matching black materials caught his eye he tossed it over to Sakyh.
Sakyh giggled at his excitement and folded the clothes before packing it into her suitcase. She figured shed pack after getting him all figured out. It would help keep her from overpacking, she wasn't terrible but she did tend to bring a few extra things she'd never use. Scanning the bag again she counted his outfits and sleepwear. "You just need one more outfit as a backup, then we'll have to figure out which clothes for me to take."
Kugo wasted no time in finding another outfit before crawling up onto Sakyhs bed. "Now I get to pick on your fashion skills." He joked only to get a giggle from Sakyh.
"I'm not that bad am I?" she played along while getting up and opening her closet door.
"Eh? We'll see."
Sakyh rolled her eyes with a sleepy smile on her face before starting the tedious process of picking clothes for a vacation.
Two hours later
"Gees, I guess I am that bad at picking outfits." Sakyh pouted as she had all the outfits laid out on her bed.
"You're welcome," Kugo told her with a smirk, arms crossed over his chest.
Knock-knock!
Kugo and Sakyh turned their head to find her mother standing in the doorway.
"Are you two almost ready? We need to leave pretty soon." Autumn informed them.
"Almost done." Sakyh told her while recounting the outfits. "I just need to get our toothbrushes and bath stuff after we get ready."
"Alright, why don't you two go downstairs and eat? I made pancakes~"
Sakyh and her mother laughed as Kugo hopped off the bed and rushed out the door. "And I thought I loved pancakes." Sakyh voiced to her mother before sliding passed her to follow after the little 4-year-old.
Autumn giggled but watched her daughter shift down the stairs. Looking over to her bag she smiled as her heart warmed. "You'll be a great mother someday, there's a reason kids are drawn to you." She whispered to herself before starting to fold her daughters clothes.
Two hours later
"Why does there have to be so many airport lines? They take too long." Kugo whined as they passed through another security check.
"It's better safe than sorry don't you think, Little One?" Autumn questioned while picking the little boy up.
Kugo puffed his cheeks out at being picked up but grabbed onto her clothes anyway. "I guess but with how much techy stuff they have it shouldn't be this much."
"They have to prepare for anyones quirk silly. Quirks have gotten too unimaginable that they have to prep for anything." Sakyh joined in having just gotten all her things back into her pockets. "Afterall your older self is a walking bomb. I bet he gets interrogated at every security check."
