"Mommy are you sure you're ok?" Kugo questioned as he blindly crawled through the air ducts.

"I'm okay. I just feel like I got hit by a truck." Sakyh groaned back as she shuffled after him.

"You got hit by a f*cking Nomu, pretty sure that's worse than a truck. Are you sure your ribs aren't broken?"

"I'm not sure to be honest but I think they're only bruised. I haven't done either before so I can only go off what people have told me."

"You better be ok, I don't need Papa chewing me out for you being badly hurt. You know the a*shole is going to blame it all on me."

Sakyh could only roll her eyes. "He likes yelling at me too so don't think you're getting yelled at alone. Plus you give yourself too little credit. Sure, older you can be an a*shole but he does know some things can't be helped. He drowns his worries in anger so everyone thinks he's not affected when he really is. Believe it or not but being an a*s after traumatic events sometimes gets people to spit out what really happened."

"It might get the truth but he can still be nicer about it. People like you would just close up on themselves."

"That's true but it's something he can work on. It's just like in movies, people prefer to see the hero rise up over his flaws to beat the hero. How lame would an action movie be if the hero was perfect from the get-go?"

Kugo could only huff hearing her answer. "You know if anyone other than me heard you they'd know you like him, right?"

A small blush crept up Sakyhs face. She would have to work on a different way to explain how Bakugos actions could be positive. "But you're the only one else around so my secrete is safe."

"You also dragged the main issue away. He's going to be an a*s to me when we get back."

"You really think I'm gonna let him just take out all his emotions on you? He's gonna round on me too for not having my guard up at the airport so maybe I can keep his attention off you." Sakyh told him before pausing as her hand slid into Kugos foot. "Everything ok?"

"When do you think the video call actually ended? Do you think it actually got all of the villains monologuing?"

Sakyh froze at the thought. She had been too worked up over everything to really think about it but the villain had acted like the call was still going. If the call had ended before he would have stopped talking right? "Oh Mew, I hope it did. I don't think I'm ready to talk to Bakugo about everything involving that damn villain. Oh f*ck I hope he didn't say too much or I'm gonna have to explain All for One too..."

"So Papa doesn't know about either of them?" Kugo questioned as his body slumped down against the cold vent. "I thought he'd at least know about All for One or you to tell him about the metal guy."

Sakyh let out a small sigh. "Everyone knowing about All for One would just bring panic to a lot of people. All for One is already overpowered by himself so anyone who wanted to help him would just give him an army to wear the hero society down. That's Papas worse nightmare."

"Then why doesn't All Might just tell the other top ten heroes? The top ten should be able to handle him if they teamed up, right?"

"Sadly there would be too much to explain and things would get complicated. Papa would have to explain both his own and All for Ones quirk so they would understand what their up against and why he would go for Papa the most. I wish it would be as simple as teaming up to beat him," Sakyh told him as her mind drifted to if that thought was reality. "Honestly if it was I don't think I would have met Bakugo, or a lot of people for that matter."
