"Aww! You look amazing Sakyh!" Melissa squealed as she finished correcting the light makeup on said girl.

Sakyh blushed as she looked herself over in the mirror. "I wouldn't look this good if you didn't help me. You're so good with everything that goes into dressing up for fancy events."

"You'll get there I promise. You're already better than the last time we tried over the phone." Melissa encouraged. "Now we're supposed to meet the others at 6:30 in lobby 7. After you record your little singing for the expo hurry down to that spot ok?"

"I still can't believe you talked me into agreeing to that. We shouldn't of walked into that music center." Sakyh lightly pouted.

"You'll be fine. Just be glad I asked for flats instead of heels. This way you can practically be barefoot." Melissa informed her.

Sakyh sighed in relief. "Oh, thank you! I was kinda worried. I already won't have my staff because of this dress so I'd like to keep my movement if anything were to happen."

"Oh!" Melissa gasped in realization. "I almost forgot I made you one just for this occasion! Let me find it."

Sakyh turned in anticipation. "You did!? I finally get to test one of your inventions?"

"You know I wouldn't throw this chance away." Melissa called out digging around in her bag. "Ah, here it is!" Melissa excitedly turned with a small black box. "I know you secretly like charm bracelets so I made you this. I made it in a set of two so you can wear one as an ankle bracelet if the occasion called for it."

Opening the box revealed two silver chains with one star charm on each. The charm being silver with the faces decorated with a red gem. The ends of the bands before the hook and adjustment loops were also shaped like stars to keep the theme going.

"You make it turn into a staff by gripping the charm in your palm for at least 10 seconds then opening so it can expand. If you need to cancel the transformation just run your fingers over the gem area as you open your palm. The bracelet itself will also show off a map of your surroundings if you shake it and turn the inside of your wrist toward you. I wanted to add some other abilities to it but that's a bit outside my limit at the moment." Melissa explained as she helped Sakyh put the bracelets on.

Sakyh quickly stepped away from Melissa and followed her instructions. Within seconds of letting the charm go a light zipped into the shape of a staff before solidifying. Catching it with ease Sakyh looked it over with shining eyes. Bouncing it in her hand for a moment, she hopped toward her friend ingulfing her in a hug. "I love them Melissa! It's just the right weight and perfectly balanced! You even added something to help with my poor navigation skills!"

Melissa giggled and squeezed her back. "I'm glad. To make it go back just hold the middle back toward the band but for 10 seconds with a little squeeze before letting go."

Stepping back Sakyh did as told and watched the staff shine before shifting back into the pendant. With a shake of her wrist, she saw a small holographic map of her surroundings hover over her wrist. "I swear I'm never going to anyone else for my costume upgrades but you."

"Well once you're out of school we can get right on track with upgrading you to my standards or just upgrades in general. I just can't wait to start formally creating hero gear for you!" Melissa squealed.

Chime~ Chime~! Chime~ Chime~!

Sakyh quickly gathered her phone off the counter to find her alarm going off. "Well, It looks like I have to head out now." Sakyh informed before feeling around just in case the dress had pockets. A whine left her as there were no pockets to be found.
