It had been a little while since the entrance exam and the test results were out. Junior high had come to an end and now high school was just starting. Sakyh walked alongside her father toward the school he had attended at one point in the past. Her eyes were lazily scanning the area with her scarf hanging around her neck for comfort. The day was nice out with a very small breeze that helped to keep everyone at a nice warm temperature, not too hot but also not cold either. The walk from the Yagi household was pretty far so the two had to get up pretty early to get there when her father needed to.
"Once I get the route of how to get to school down I'm sleeping in..." Sakyh quietly mumbled to her father.
A chuckle came from next to her. "Don't want to show up to school with your father now is it?"
"I love you papa I do but I will always be a night person, not a morning person."
Her father just gave her a small smile as they walked through the blue gates of UA high school. He watched her look around the schoolyard and up at the building with nervous hesitation. His smile grew at the look. It was the same look she had given when he and his wife first took her to kindergarten. "You'll do great here sweetheart. Just promise no boyfriends." He says to her.
Sakyh turned and looked at him with her head tilted. Her eyes shined as if they seemed to remember that little line from when he said it to her as a kid but her mind didn't remember. "I kind of doubt I'll get a boyfriend while I'm here papa. No ones shown any interest so far so why would they start now.." Sakyh replies with slight hurt in her words. She knew she wasn't the prettiest girl in the world but it would of at least boosted her confidence if just one boy had liked her.
Her father stared at her for a moment in slight disbelief. His mind traveled back to all the times he was able to go to her school plays, dance classes, or even just picking her up from school. There had been a few boys he could clearly tell liked her, each had just about giving him a heart attack. Part of his mind was relieved she was a little too innocent minded but he could tell that also lead to her lack of confidence about herself. A sigh left his lips as he started to speak gently. "You need to have more confidence in yourself. You'll find someone just give it time."
"Kayp," Sakyh said with a small pause. "Hey papa, what floor was my class going to be on again?"
All Might sighed while bringing a hand to his head. "You worry me sometimes you really do.." he mumbles before telling her once again where she was to go.
By now the two were in the shoe room with their school shoes on. All Might began to walk off toward the teacher's area while Sakyh walked off down a hall toward the stairs. The school's inner walls were white with and there were lots of windows all over the walls. The floors had a dashed white line down the middle separating the floor like a street.
The school walls all looked similar just with the doors having different numbers and letters painted on them. Sakyhs eyes scanned the empty halls looking for her homeroom. She was to have Recovery girl as her homeroom and medical teacher, other than that she would be with class 1-L taking the normal subjects every school covered like math, history, and so forth. After lunch she would switch between class 1-L and her class with Recovery girl, class 1-M. It was either switched or she would spend half with one class than half with Recovery girl. Soft half dragged footsteps stopped in front of the door that had a red plus sign painted on it. Blue eyes looked up to find a blue plate with 'Nurse's Office' written on it by the top of the sliding door. With a deep breath, Sakyh lifts her hand up and gently knocks on the door.
"Come in," a voice says from behind the door.
Sakyh gently slides the door open and steps into the room. Her eyes fall onto the older women sitting on a fall round rolly chair, a cup of tea resting in her hands. "Goodmorning," Sakyh tells her before shutting the door behind her.
