Sakyh had her head leaned back as she sat with her now expanded group of friends. It hadn't taken but a few lunches with the rest of Bakugos friends for her to consider them hers as well. Her blue orbs softly watched the clouds drift across the sky peacefully. Whatever her friends were shouting about was lost to her ears as her eyes ever so slowly drifted further and further closed.
Bakugo snuck glances at the girl to his left with his normal scowl on his face. He couldn't understand how the girl could be so gone to the world so often. He swore his ears were going to start bleeding from the volume at their table. How they could be this loud on a Monday was a mystery to him. A loud over exaggerated gasp and shout filled the air making Bakugo snapped his eyes over to the pink-skinned girl at the table.
"Bakugo! You didn't tell us you two got in a big fight with a villain." Mina shouted flipping her phone around to face him.
Mina flipped the screen between two pictures. One was of the villain getting arrested and the other was of him and Sakyh sitting in an ambulance together getting looked at by paramedics.
"Why would I tell you losers about my internship? You all lost that right the second I walked into class." He seethed.
Mina whined at him a little bit more as Kirishima and Kiminari got a look at the pictures.
"Dude, what happened to your ankle? It looks pretty bloody." Kiminari questioned.
"Got stabbed." Bakugo spat out knowing they would bug him until he answered. "Now wi-."
"You got stabbed!!?" just about all of the table practically announced to the whole school.
Bakugo growled feeling more eyes on him than before. He quickly adjusted so he could stand up while pulling a hand up for everyone to see. His quirk popped off dangerously as he shouted threats at anyone who kept looking. His eyes snapped down to the girl who started the conversation as he plopped back into his seat, arms crossed over his chest. "Change the damn topic before Snowpup has to fix you, Raccoon-Eyes."
"Bro, you're not going to explain the battle to us? It had to have been so manly." Kirishima questioned surprised the boy wasn't going to gloat about his battle.
"To f*cking bad." He snapped before glaring over to Sakyh. Clicking his teeth at the sleeping girl he whipped out his phone. He quickly searched up the article Mina had up and skimmed it over for any mention of the little brat. That article didn't mention anything about him so he began to read the others to be sure nothing came up.
"At least now we know the articles up. Time to do some digging." Hitoshi determinedly stated while locking his fingers together and stretching them out.
Zukero quickly elbowed him in the ribs. He looked at Bakugo who was now glaring at them questioningly. "Don't mind him. He likes to keep up with anything excited that happens to little miss Goody-two-shoes." He waved off before motioning to Sakyh next to him.
Bakugo just deepened his scowl and went back to searching up the other articles. His ears welcomed the silence that fell onto the table. Peeking at the top left corner of his phone he found there were only 10 minutes left of lunch. For his sanity and everyone's safety, he hoped the table stayed this quiet the whole time. After skimming the first six articles Bakugo stopped and tilted his head back like the girl next to him. His little group wouldn't bother to look any further into the matter then that so he wasn't going to waste any more time on the matter. Bakugo closed his eyes to fully relax until the bell rang up.
