"Will you just suck it up? All you have left is the sh*tty practical tomorrow right?" Bakugo scolded as he and Sakyh walked to the park by his house. They were getting close too.
"Well I technically have 2 tomorrow." Sakyh answered with a depressed sigh. Just thinking about how she did had her thoughts fighting. She was overexaggerating but her mind was playing with her again.
Bakugo growled at her sudden 'shut down look' as he named it. Part of him hated her for them but another part found it kinda cute. Letting out another sigh he thought about what his father had told him. He had finally reached his limit with the situation and called for some advice. It didn't go how he wanted it to of course but his father had yet to steer him wrong even once. He just had to wrap his head around if he wanted to believe him or not.
"Mommy, look! Those are the people who helped me!" a small voice called out.
Both Sakyh and Bakugo snapped out of their thoughts to see a little boy rushing toward them. Bakugo let a scowl rush up his face the second he saw the boy while Sakyh had to think for a minute. A smile grazed her face though as she let the boy pounce onto her legs.
"Well, hi." Sakyh giggled softly returning his hug.
"Sorry to bother you two. My sons in a bit of a stubborn phase." A women who looked similar to the boy voiced to them as she hurried over.
Quickly catching the cuff of Bakugos shirt sleeve, Sakyh effectively stopped the boy from speaking. "It's not a problem ma'am. I hope you weren't worried about him too long that one day." Sakyh nervously informed her, a hand rushing up into her hair.
The women smiled. "Thanks to you two it was wasn't long at all. I'm just so glad it was you two and not someone worse."
"Oh! I got to see All Might when I was at the school too!" the boy pipped up bouncing up and down in front of Sakyh.
Sakyh smiled at the mention. "Did you now? That must have been exciting."
"Yeah! He's just as big as I thought he was! I'm gonna be big and strong just like he is!" The boy excitedly ranted before explaining everything about his little encounter. It wasn't until his mother reminded him about their little food rendezvous with his father. After thanking them properly and saying cheery goodbyes the two were walking out of sight.
"Thank f*ck the kids gone."
Sakyh rolled her eyes at his comment but released her hold on his sleeve. "Hey at least the interaction was short. And thank you for not just belittling her until they left."
"She better learn to discipline her kid. One good smack-"
"Bakugo!" Sakyh huffed a little disappointed. "He's like four, be nice."
Bakugo just clicked his teeth at her and continued walking. "I'm sure your father explained how I was raised. One good smack is all he needs. Now lets hurry up and get to the park before my mother calls."
Sakyh nodded her head and fell into step with him easily. "Wait, does your mother call for an update on Kugo everyday?"
"Yup, not like the old Bat cant just ask her new best friend or anything." Bakugo states grumpily.
"I'm sorry. Would it help if I just sent her pictures to keep her updated so she doesn't call you?" Sakyh questioned hoping to help somehow.
"Try it. I doubt she'll stop calling but if theres a chance to get her off my back, by all means, do it." He watched her nod her head then asked his question. "Going back to tests, do you know anything about my practical? Your uncles helping out so I'm sure he told you about it." Bakugo questioned.
