Abigail's POV

I had packed my belongings into my suitcases and I began writing a letter to my parents, explaining everything.

Dear Mum and Dad,

I know you guys wanted me to move to America, but I can't. I am almost a legal adult. I can't just abandon everything here in England. So I've decided to run away. Please don't try to search for me. I'm sorry it had to come to this. Don't worry, the two of you will be better off without me. I was always a lot of trouble, but maybe one day fate will reunite the three of us. Until then, goodbye, I love you.        Love, Abby

A tear slipped down my cheek. I guess you could say I was a little selfish for staying, but I couldn't help it. It's not that I don't like America, I've heard it's a great country. I just love England so much, my best friends were here, Niall was here, the rest of the guys were here, my life was perfect. I couldn't throw it away just like that. Besides, I really was a pain to have around the house sometimes.

I called Emma and told her about what happened and what I was planning to do about it. Then I called Megan and I told her as well. Finally I called Harry and told him about everything. I would've called Niall but he hasn't responded to any of my calls lately, hence why I called Harry. He was the next big thing and we've become really close. I asked him if I could stay at the flat until I found a place for myself. I couldn't stay at any of the girls houses because my parents were definitely going to find me there.

"Yeah, sure, no problem, you can stay for as long as you want."

I let out an alleviated breath, "Thank you so much Harry, I promise I won't be much of a bother. Do you mind if I head over there tonight?"

"Not at all, I'll just tell the lads and then you can come over."

"Thanks again Harry, this means a lot."

"Don't worry about it, I'm here for you."

After saying goodbye, I folded up the letter I had written to my parents and placed it on my bed. I didn't want to risk getting caught -even though my parents were probably asleep- so I snuck out my bedroom window. I threw my suitcases out, hoping they would stay closed. Once my luggage was on the ground, I climbed down the tree next to my window. I grabbed all my stuff and placed them into the trunk of my car. Looking back at my house, I silently said one final goodbye to my parents and drove towards the direction of the flat.
