*Michael's POV*

It's Thursday and we've all just come back from the office. We've decided that we were gonna go on tour, but Luke's mum insisted that she would come too so there would be some parental vigilence.

We all left towards our girlfriend/boyfriend's houses to tell them the news.

Luke and Calum were fine again, and they assured eachother that they weren't gonna fuck eachothers faces up again.

We have 2 more weeks until we leave for tour, it was such a short notice.

I actually even bought an engagement ring for Brooke. I chose to propose to her before I left. It was a silver band one and it had a big diamond in the middle, and I customised it so it says 'To The Moon' on the band.

I was driving and singing silently along to 'Time Bomb' by All Time Low. Until finally, I had to pull into the Junes' household.

I parked the car and walked up to the modern light blue suburban home, passing the white picket fence on my way. Until I finally was on their front porch, knocking on the door.

Seconds later, Brooke answered the door. She certainly wasn't the bright happy Brooke I remember from all my life, she was the dark and gloomy Brooke from the last few months.

"Hey Mikey!" She smiled and pecked my lips.

"Hey babe..." I mumbled.

"What's wrong?" She said, her voice worried.

"I...I need to tell you something..." I mumbled.

"Oh..." her voice unsure. "Come in, then."

I nodded before following her in. She walked to the lounge where no one was.

"Where is everyone?" I asked.

"Mandy's doing fuck know's, and dad's at work." She chuckled. I chuckled too. And then she got serious. "What are you here to talk about?"

"I'm leaving." I said.

"Leaving? To where?" She questioned.

"Me and the boys are leaving to go on tour with One Direction to be their opening act." I explained. She covered a gasp with her hands.

"Are you serious? That's amazing, Michael! I'm so proud!" She grinned.

"Yeah, thanks." I smiled.

"But...how long will you be gone?" She said, wincing a bit.

I sighed and ran my hand through my baby blue hair. "Six months."

By her face expression, her heart dropped. So did the happy grin she sported. Her jaw dropped and her hands slowly sat back down on her lap. Her skin going impossibly paler.

"Six whole months?" She whispered.

"Yeah..." I mumbled.

"What about us?" She asked.

"Us, are gonna be us. We're not breaking up okay? We'll make this work, I promise. We'll FaceTime, message and text every single day, I promise." I smiled before kissing her forehead.

She bit her lip, as if thinking. "Michael?"

"Yeah?"

"Can we get matching tattoos?" She said.

"Wait, what?" I asked.

"Tattoos." She shrugged.

"Yeah," I smiled. "Okay. What tattoo?"
