Chapter 3.

Okay. Mikes birthday is in 5 days and today I'm going to the mall.

As I was getting ready, my phone started to ring. I saw it was Luke. I was quite confused as he was more Michaels friend than mine but yah whatever.

*picks up*

Me: Hey Luke.

Luke: Hey hey, how ya doing?

Me: Good. What's up?

Luke: There isn't always an 'up'

Me: Luke?

Luke: Okay, fine. Me and the boys were thinking of throwing Mike a surprise party. And since you're his bestie...we need ideas I guess.

Me: Hm...okay, first thing is that we need A LOT of pizza. Erm..

Luke: *laughs* Yeah, we got that.

Me: Hm...to be honest, Mike had never been much of a party guy.

Luke: I know...so?

Me: How about a bit more of a festive sleepover?

Luke: Oh my god yes.

Me: Cool, we'll throw a sleepover, we can get videogames, pizza, Disney movies, games and whatnot...you know, Mikey stuff.

Luke: YES YES YES PERFECT.

Me: So, who's house?

Luke: Oh shit.

Me: Well, since his birthday is on Friday, my dad and sis are out of town, why not mine?

Luke: Great! Cool, thanks.

Me: Yeah, I'm actually going to the mall now to get him a present.

Luke: Oh, hey Calum still needs a present, I'm sure he'd like to go with you.

Me: Oh, Luke, I don't kno-

Luke: Nah, shut up, I'll drop Calum off in 20 minutes.

Me: Luke-!

Luke: BYE

*hangs up*

Little bitch.

Ugh, I have to spend a whole day with Calum stuck up Hood.

Whatever.

I finished straightening my hair and getting ready.

Today, I wore a black tanktop with a long flowy black see through cover with some black jeans woth floral print on them, with some short ankle white boots, and I applied a small amount of make-up and straightened my long blonde hair, even though it was already straight.

I put in my red diamond piercing in my belly button. Yes, I had a belly button piercing- Awesome.

Although, twenty minutes came too quick as I heard the doorbell ring. I quickly grabbed my black handbag and my phone and rushed to the door.

I opened it to see Luke with his hands on Calums shoulders. Calum looked real annoyed- but today he actually looked good- ew no shut up.

"I'm leaving you and Cal together alone. Bye!" Luke said before running back into his car.

"He can drive?" I asked Calum.

"Nope, Luke's going rebel." He answered chuckling, but quickly stopping.

"God...what love does to people..." I mumbled before shutting my front door. "Although, today I'm gonna go rebel too."

I said as I pulled out a pair of car keys out of my handbag. He widened his eyes.

"Really?"

"Yup." I said making my way over to my dads white S.U.V.

Me and Calum haven't started bickering yet, wow.

We got in the car together, me in drivers seat and him in passengers.

"Oh my god, this car's awesome." Calum mumbled.

"I know, it's a sweet drive too." I commented.

"Gonna let me drive on the way back?" He said smirking.

"Uuh, Hood's going rebel too. Sure, whatever." I said chuckling.

We drove to the mall in an awkward silence.

I parked the car and walked into the large mall.

"Uh...so I was thinking of getting Mike a guitar pic with '5sos' engraved on it." Calum said.

"Cool. I'll get him a shirt and some wri-"

"Oh and some wristbands." Calum said.

"-stbands." I said finishing my sentence.

We both looked over at eachother.

"Ooooookay, let's go to the music store then." Calum said awkwardly.

We both walked into it, Calum explained to the man what he wanted and asked if he could get it. He told us to wait for 5 minutes.

I looked around the store for a minute, but then I saw a Green Day album Michael died for 'Bullet in a Bible'.

I quickly grabbed it off the shelf, no denying not to buy it. I quickly made my way back to the counter where Calum stood.

"And this." I said putting it down.

"Awesome." Calum said.

I payed for it, and the man gave Calum the new pick, in a special little box and all.

He took it out and looked at it. It was a silver pick, and it had more on it than Calum told me, it said '5sos' with the tally next to it. And the inicials 'L.M.C.A' lined on the bottom. He mumbled a 'perfect' under his breath and set it it back in the box.

We went to a total rock store called 'Rocking Madness' (A/N IDK OKAY MADE UP NAME) we walked in and looked around, it sold jeans, boots, shoes, shirts some rock band merch and wristbands. And apparently you could get tattoos and piercings here.

At the counter was a girl with tattoos all over her arms, flaming red hair that was shaved on a side, heavy black make-up around the eyes and some piercings, on her eyebrow, tongue and nose, and I saw a long one on her belly button. She wore black shorts and a black tanktop, slightly revealing her red bra, and boots. She also had wristbands lined all up her arm.

"She's so punk rock." Calum said, not looking at her.

"I know, is that what you like?" I said smirking.

"Aaa, I don't know, I guess a little bit of fierce is kinda sexy." He said smirking.

We ended up getting; a Green Day shirt, a Metallica shirt, a Nirvana shirt, a cool skull designed shirt, a Red Hot Chilli Peppers wristband, a Blink-182 wristband, and a Pierce the Veil wristband.

When the girl was checking it all out she smirked.

"Some pretty awesome stuff here, is this for you?" She asked Calum.

"Oh, no, it's for our best friend." He explained. "For his...um...birthday."

"Ahh, so, what are you two? A couple?" She asked eyeing us two.

"Ewwww no gross, Hood? Never." I said.

"God no." Calum followed.

"Haha, okay okay, I get it. So is Hood your name sweets?" She asked him.

"No, that's my last name, I'm Calum." He said.

"Hmm...nice, what about you?"

"I'm Brooke." I said.

"Aa nice, by the way, I'm Chloe." She said.

"Well nice to meet you, Chloe." He said.

After a while, we left the shop, then we decided to eat something. Ya know, being with Calum wasn't that bad.
