Cadi said after she take a sipped to her Latte. We are here now at starbucks near to her workplace. After my flight, I called her. It's her break time so she has time to see me.
It's been five days, nakauwi na din kami ng Pinas at sunod-sunod din ang flights ko kaya ngayon lang ako nagka oras na makipag-usap kay Cadi tungkol sa nangyari. Pagsasabihan ko din sana si Owen at Quill tungkol dito, pero may flight si Owen at napaka busy din ni Quill sa kompanya nila.
Nagtataka na din ako dahil hindi ko na nakakasama si Kevlar sa flights ko. The last time we talked, sinabi niyang tinulad niya yung schedule ko sa schedule niya. Pinalitan niya na naman siguro?
"Sa tamang panahon Cadi." I said.
"Sa tamang panahon?What if he find it first while you are waiting to the right time?Why don't you tell him now?Parehong usapan lang yun, sasabihin mo pa din sa kanya ang totoo." Mahabang alintana niya.
"Ayaw ko nga siyang biglain." Naiinis na sabi ko.
"Ewan ko sayo Van!If he find it first about your twins, hindi ko talaga siya masisisi kung ba't magagalit siya sayo." Naiinis din na sabi niya.
"And sabihin mo lahat-lahat, walang labis walang kulang. Tell him that you set him up. Mahal ka nun, kaya maiintindihan ka non. Don't be scared, hindi ka nga natakot nong iniwan mo siya eh. Proud na proud ka pa." Dagdag niya at nakangisi pa. I pouted.
"May pinoproblema pa nga ako ngayon eh. He told me that he doesn't want to force me to tell him the truth." I said and bowed my head.
"Ayan!Dahil sa kabagalan mo yan!Nanggigigil na naman ako sayo Van!" She said and I just glared at her.
"Ikaw na naman ang mamilit sa kanya na kausapin ka." Seryosong sabi niya.
"Oo, sa tamang pa-"
"Oo na!Oo na!Sa tamang panahon. Kapag talaga ikaw masasaktan na nam-"
"Bakit ano gagawin mo?" Panghahamon ko sa kanya. She tilted her head and gulped.
"Eh cocomfort kita syempre." She said and hissed. I smiled. Yun naman pala eh.
We talked for almost an hour. We enjoyed talking until she noticed that its time for her to go back to work. We bid our goodbyes because I also need to go home, the twins are waiting.
Today I will enroll them. I'll be with Jiji, siya lang maaasahan ko ngayon eh. Pumunta kasi si Mama sa bahay nila Mamita. Si Vinson naman nasa hospital, nag iintern.
After how many minutes, I finally arrived at our house. I parked my car and get my carry on bag before going out from my car. When I entered our house, there is no one here at our living room.
"Jiji?" Tawag ko.
"Faster!Your mom will be her- Ay Ma'am Van!" Si Jiji na kakalabas lang ng kusina kasama yung mga anak ko na nakatapis pa ng tuwalya.
"She's already here Yaya." Sere said.
"See, I told you to faster and what did you do?You are playing while taking a bath." Si Jiji.
"You told us to bring a toys to play Yaya. So we played with our Mr. Quack." Inosenteng sabi ni Trini. Napatukod naman ang isang kamay ko sa sofa at tinitigan ang mag-yaya na nagtatalo.
