(bungo stray dogs) Akutagawa x reader (angst) why?!

"Akutagawa are you in here?"i walked into the training room to find Akutagawa bloody and bruised and looked at me with annoyance till he saw it was me and looked at me with a look that said 'i respect you but your annoying' see i happen to be the one in charge of Akutagawa ever since dazai left even when he was he i was half in charge of him

"Come on let's get you fixed up and then i will tell you what's wrong ok and then we will fix that position on that move it was incorrect" he nodded his head and followed behind me

I don't know why but Akutagawa has always done what i said without any arguing of cause there have been some times but then he would bow his head in apologies and walk off it was strange

When we got to my office i told him to sit and grabbed my little med kit i had and pulled out some bandages and some wipes to disinfect the cuts i walked back over and started to clean his arm once done with that arm i placed some bandages on and worked on the other arm while doing that i felt he starting at me without looking up i asked

"What do you need, is it tight?" in a softer voice then before i saw his eyes widen and his ears get pinkish before he looked away i placed the finally bandage on and placed the med kit back into its spot

"Come on let's go fix that move up"

I tuned around but before i could do anything he kisses he without thinking i kisses back when we separated i looked at him then remember something

"Crap! Akutagawa im like your boss and im 2 years older than you i-we can't do this ok"

"Ok so? You obviously like me cause you kissed back!! Who cares about if you're like a boss to me and your older! Please!" i looked at him, he never says please

"Im sorry Akutagawa its the rules of the mafia we can't date even it we want to i'm sorry maybe in the future you still like me and the rules of the mafia don't apply then we can try but we cant sorry and for reason so this doesn't happen again i'm gonna talk to mori about you going to work under chuuya or something"

His face formed into an anger one it held a disgust "no! You told me you would train me you can't just leave me!!!"

"Look Akutagawa, I'm not leaving you *sigh* you know what i don't need to explain myself got that! We will never speak of this again, leave my office!" he looked at me and stormed out slamming the doors i wipes the tears the threatened to spill i walked over to my mini bar this its just a desk thing with alcohol and went to grabbed some but instead i picked up a drinking glass and slammed it on the floor shattering into millions of tiny pisces i called the cleaning people and told them that i dropped a glass then arrived not even 5 minutes later and cleaned it in less than 2 minutes i took my my shoes off and placed them on the floor and slumped into my chair and took a few breaths in the started the email to switch me with chuuya for Akutagawa

Meanwhile with Akutagawa (his pov)

'Ughhhhh! Why did I do that!!! I could still be working with them but no my damn emotions got in the fucking way!!!! I couldn't help it i just got lost im my imagination for 'when i came home everyday to see them and then they would clean my cuts and a kiss'

I slammed my door shut this is all my fault when we kisses it felt magical like a million fireworks went off and when they kisses back was even better but it will never happen again this, THIS WHY I HATE EMOTIONS THEY RUIN EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! I JUST WANT A NORMAL LIFE'
