reo and the team were all waiting in the back to go on , their manager y/n was there with them
"its almost time for you lot to go , are you all stretched and ready i dont want anyone injuring themselves because they were to lazy to stretch" y/n looked at the all with a slight glare. they all said they were expect for reo he just nodded his head , y/n gave out a big smile and sat down on the bench pulling out their phone to check what people are saying on social media.
y/n was minding their own business when someone sat beside her they looked around to see reo sitting next to them "hey reo what are you doing you should be with the team right now?" he looked at her "i have a question" y/ns eyebrow lifted as to say 'what is it?' reo looked at the screen to see the other team getting their scores "if , well when we win this will you-" reo was cut off by their coach calling everyone they both sat up y/n giving him an apologetic smile
reo walked to the team , what he was trying to ask was if y/n wanted to possibly go on a date , its out of character for him but he has taken a liking to the playful and easily bored y/n l/n their manager. y/n and reo were friends in middle school leading to y/n becoming manager when they joined high-school , y/n was always their for him , y/n was one of the only people that can read him and know how to bring the real him out, so when he was cut off by coach he was slightly pissed off not that anyone could really tell by his blank face
as the other team skated off the ice reo's team went on , the whole time he was skating he thought about getting this over with so he could ask y/n out and he was pretty sure they liked him back
y/n was watching though the tv all their attention was on to reo i mean how could their attention not be on him he looked amazing and so graceful like nothing could stop him it was like he was him his own world
y/n though back to was reo was saying 'i wondering what he was going to say before he got he interrupted'
as they finished like expected they got the highest score and is first at the moment, they came off the ice and y/n gave them all a drink bottle each and a small towel as they put the things on their skates
they walked to the dressing room "i will leave you all here to get dressed i will come back in 30 minutes bye you all did great!~" y/n walked off leaving them all go get out of their costumes and into the tracksuits as reo was about to leave and find y/n he was stopped by taiga "and where do you think you're going Shinozaki?"reo looked at him "none of your business" before quickly walking off to find you
he went down to the open floor/main room to see y/n trying to eat some lollies while some skater is trying to flirt/ask them out , reo started to get this weird feeling in his chest which he later found out was jealousy , he walked over and placed his hand on y/ns shoulder looking at the guy "leave my s/o alone now you imbecile" the guy's face turned semi pale and apologised and he walked off
y/n smirked "s/o? huh~ i kinda like the sound of that" reo just looked at her and rolled his eyes "whatever lets go back to the team now" as he was about to walk off y/n grabbed his hand " no no no wait a second love ,what was it you were gonna ask me earlier?" that was another thing about y/n they always called everyone by a stereotypical pet name reo's happened to be 'love , hun and handsome' reo looked at them and sighed "i was gonna ask if you maybe wanted to go-" reo was sadly interrupted by none other then the one and only Maeshima "oi shinozaki! next time i will beat you and-" reo looked even more bored then he normally does "instead of telling me why dont you actually hold your word and beat me Maeshima" he grabbed y/ns arm gently and walked off
the whole time y/n just held a confused look on their face while dragged their feet along the floor as reo walked off with them "go out with me" y/ns face dropped "excuse me? as in like a date?!" reo just nodded "i wanted to ask you the whole day but i kept getting interpreted" y/n just laughed at how he was being so uncharacteristic "i've been waiting love~" they gave him a soft peck on the lips before getting distracted by something off to the side and walking off waving at him
reo stood there with a tiny tiny smile on his face shaking his head and he went after y/n his new and only lover
