"y/n! im home!" dazai walked thought the doors to the shared house with his girlfriend after being out for a couple hours why? you may ask well cause they had a fight dazai stepped out of the house to cool down before he could say something he regrets 

the emptiness felt uneasy to dazai he walked around the apartment calling their name until he heard the sink running from the bathroom he walked closer only to hear that the tap was not stopping he didnt hear movement he felt a wave of fear come over him, nothing scared dazai easily but when ever his s/o was involved he couldn't help but worry

he knocked on the door to the bathroom and called out but heard nothing he knocked harder until he broke down the door only to see a seen a sight he never wanted to see it made him sick to his stomach he wanted to vomit he wanted to cry a scream but he couldn't move he was frozen by the shock he felt himself gain control back he pulled them close to try and hear a heartbeat he heard a very faint one their body was warm but more on the cold side of warm 

"no no no!!!!! Y/N IM SORRY PLEASE COME ON WERE GONNA GET YOU THE HELP YOU NEED" dazai picked them up and ran out the door and into his car and started driving to the agency while driving he called Yosano filling her in about all the details 

when they got there the doctors were outside of the agency they took y/n away from him dazai sat in the hallway quietly sobbing whispering the same couple sentence's over and over again 'hold on i still need you' 'im sorry please forgive me' 'please stay alive you need to become my wife/husband/parter/'

"dazai" he looked up to see Yosano standing there he got up and rushed over to her

"before you speak they tried to overdose but i think right they tried to throw them back up but then they blacked out (dont come for me i dont know how this works im sorry) luckily you found them when you did or else they might just be dead"

"SO THEIR ALIVE!?"

"dazai shhh and yes their alive but still asleep thy will hopefully wake up soon tho"

dazai thanked her as he walked in and saw them laying there unconscious but somehow they looked stunning dazai sat down on the chair right next to the bed he grabbed their hand and rubbed it softly with his thumb he felt horrible he believed that this was all his fault before he knew it he was crying

dazai felt someone playing with his hair thats when he realises he fell asleep holding their hand he jumped up to see y/n awake holding a faint smile before dazai could process anything he hugged y/n dazai was almost in tears 

"baby im sorry bubs please dont do that please im begging you i know i do stupid shit but ever since i met you i have never thought about killing my self cause i could never do that to you please we can get though this together i love you so much baby im sorry this was my fau-"

"its not your fault it was a stupid fight  things were said we were both pissed i guess the words got to me but i will try not to do anything i love you to bubs
