Well. I was wrong. There has been exactly zero progress done to the recording of this music video and we are just about a week away from our flight. This only translates to one single thing... I am working with Yasou overtime where the girls need to record the damned thing.

So the reason we aren't there... is because we are swamped with what still needs to be done. Though Yasuo and I have an incredible synergy where silence and just simply gesturing to things is enough for us to know what to do.

Though as much as I love the fact they trust us enough to handle their tracks, I would have loved to be there recording everything or at least watch it happen. Suddenly my idea on hiring professionals beforehand was a genius idea.

All-out is pretty much done.

Removing my headphones, I shoot a quick glance at my phone, it is pretty late in the night already. Raising myself, Yasuo removes his headphones, "I am going to head out so long. You good here?"

He raises himself, shaking his head, "I am heading out myself. See you tomorrow," he waves at me.

I quickly look at all the tracks. We are releasing five, this is an EP after all. Grabbing all my cups of coffee, I dump it into the trash and leave the studio locking everything up behind me. The two of us are pretty much the only ones doing the work here unless we need someone to come monitor our progress or to record their vocals.

A lot of it is riding on our backs, but I would say their faith isn't misplaced.

They should all still be recording, I know the location. Driving towards the tower, this is where they decided on recording it. On some of the floors the props area already set up with camera crews all over the place.

Not even that, though K/DA solely operates on their own. There are a few groups here from other lines that they each personally own. Ahri and Eve's brand of professionals making sure the makeup on everyone is perfect for the lighting.

There is a company here, Ducati and according to Ducati, the bike is a "very unique" version of the Panigale V4, designed in collaboration between the iconic manufacturer and K/DA. I can only imagine she is having the time of her life having to be able to design something so close to her tastes.

Walking onto the set I am already stopped by a security detail, I groan already digging into my pockets just to shove my clearance in their faces, "Is this necessary? This is the fourth time I am visiting."

He nods, "Protocol sir."

I narrow my eyes, PrOtOcOl SiR, "Yeah yeah yeah, I know," pulling out the badge, he just wants to confirm I have it. Not even looking at it, he just lets me through.

I might as well have flashed him my credit card and it would have gotten the same reaction, I growl to myself.

Digging my hands in my pockets, I find a place to take a seat and watch the commotion. They have been overly busy, trying to get this done as quickly as possible. My eyes lock onto Sera, who is busy sitting near one of the tables eating something small in size.

Walking over, she notices me out of the corner of her eye, I raise my hand in greeting, "Hey. Looks like you are enjoying yourself."

She grabs the chair next to her pulling it out, "Hi! I didn't expect to see you coming. Is Yasuo here as well?" she looks past me, then answering her own question, "He really likes reading doesn't he?"

I chuckle, "To each their own," I nod to myself, "How have you been coping with everything? I can only imagine it being overwhelming."

She shakes her head, "Not at all. I got used to it all pretty quickly," she then rests her head on my shoulder, "Just a little bit tired. We haven't been taking breaks in making sure this video is perfect. Eve is terrifying when it comes down to it," she gives a nervous chuckle.
