Ten's POV

I was out for a walk, it was good weather and there was a place I really wanted to go to. There were many grass fields and flowers. I was walking between the flowers they were pretty and smelled good. I took some pictures and continued to walk. I decided to sit somewhere on the grass to take a short break. I heard a lot of laughter from afar. It got closer and closer until a tiny hand pats my back. I turn to look and see a small kid around 1 years, just able to walk or so.

"Hey there. Are you lost? Where's your mommy and daddy?" I ask. I take the baby on my lap. "You're cute." I smile. "What's your name?" The little kid had a bracelet with his name. "Yongsun. Ooh is that your name? Yongsun, so pretty!" The boy smiles. "Your parents can't be far right. Let's wait here first." I sat with the boy under the tree. He stood up in front of me, I held his small hands for support. "What are you doing? Are you going to dance?"

He was moving his body as if he was dancing, it was adorable. I waited but no one came to find the baby. "Maybe we should find your mommy and daddy." I get up and pick the baby up. I carry him in my arms and walk back to where the baby came from. "If I only knew your parents' names so we could call out for them." I sigh. "Mommy!" Yongsun yells loudly. "Mommy!" He yells again. "Why not daddy? You came here alone with your mom?" I wasn't going to get an answer but it's alright. All that matters is to find his mom.

We walked and walked until we reached back to the cafe that could be found at the beginning of the fields. "Maybe your mom's looking there for you." We walk in and I look around. "You see your mommy somewhere?" I ask Yongsun. "Mommy." He mumbles. I see some big tears forming in his eyes. "No don't cry, shh we'll find your mom." I try to calm him. Some people were giving me weird looks. "I'm sorry, have you seen a woman who was looking for her baby?" I ask the girl behind the counter. "No, but I did see someone with this baby earlier."

"Really? What did she look like? He must've ran away and got lost." I say. "She was average height, long (colour) hair and eyes just like his. She wore a shirt with some jeans and had a bag with her. Most likely with the baby's stuff in it." She explains. "Thank you very much. Yongsun we're going to find your mother." I smile at the baby. We walk out of the cafe. "Mommy." He pouts and hugs me. "We'll find her, I promise." I rub some circles on his back.

I walked back in the path we did before. "Maybe she went left here." I turn to the left path. "Yongsun! Yongsun!" I hear a feminine voice call out. "Mommy!" He cheerfully yelled once we saw a woman who exactly looked like the description. I put him down and he ran to her, not trying to fall. I smile at the sight of the 2 reuniting. "Oh baby! I thought I lost you! Don't run away anymore please, I love you so so so much." She placed kisses all over his face making him laugh loudly.

"Mommy look!" Yongsun points at me. His mom looks at me. "Did you bring him back to me? Oh thank you so much! How can I pay you back?" She asked. "No no, you don't gotta pay me back." I tell her. "I insist." She says. "Then a coffee at the café. But really you don't need to give me anything more than that." I tell her. "Sure, if you're fine with just that." She smiles. "I'm y/n by the way." She tells me. "Ten. Yongsun came to me, I waited but no one was here so we started looking around." I explain to y/n.

We sat at the café with our drinks. Y/n told me more about herself but also why Yongsun doesn't have a dad. "I'm so sorry, it must be hard taking care of a kid on your own." I say. "With the help of some friends and my sister I made it work out." She explains. "Aren't you scared that he'll ever ask about his father?" I ask. "I'm sure that will happen one day and then I'll just explain it to him." Yongsun suddenly dropped his bottle and started crying. "Oh Yongsun, shh it's okay. Don't cry."

I pick up the bottle. "Here little man, don't cry okay." He smiles again. "What do you say Yongsun? Thank you Ten." Y/n tells him. "Thenk yu Ten." That was so adorable. "Aww so sweet." I chuckle. "He's trying his best to say some words here and there, he mostly just copies words now." Y/n explains. "He's doing amazing, all because of an amazing mother of course." Y/n smiles and blushes. "I'm not that great. I'm also just trying my best." She says. "Oh come on y/n, you're taking care of him alone then you're an amazing and strong woman."

"Thanks Ten but really no, sometimes I really miss having like a father figure to help when taking care of him." She tells me. "I can help you and take care of him." I say. "No Ten, I mean it like someone who also loves me and will stay with me and Yongsun." She says. "Yeah, I know. Give me a chance y/n, go out with me some time please." I ask her out. "Really? You want to go out with me?" I nod with a big smile. "Yes, I'd like to go out with you Ten."

A/N: happy valentines day and a happy birthday to Jaehyun!! Imma celebrate with my friend later as 2 happy singles haha but everyone I hope you're having a great day as well~
