YangYang POV

The past weeks I've only had weird dreams. All about what had happened during our trip to the beach. But also dreams about the past, as if memories came back. And y/n appeared mostly in those dreams. Was it a mistake to leave them behind? No, I got my life here which I'm used to. I can't ever imagine living it differently. Past night wasn't any different, a dream about me and y/n, right before my memory got removed and I got turned into a human.

Did it really happen like that, I don't know but if so it's really sad. I feel sad for y/n. Once I woke up I called my parents. "YangYang, good morning. Why'd you call?" Mom asks me. "I need to talk with you, and mostly dad." I say. "About what? You sound so serious." She asks me. "About my past, you know what I'm talking about. Yes I know about it." I tell her. "I'm sorry, how did you find out?" She asks. "Can I come home to talk about it in person instead of through the phone?"

And just like that we made a new trip to the beach. The guys were confused to why I needed to go so urgent. But I can't explain it yet. I first need to figure out some things myself. "This is the house." I say as Kun was driving slowly through the neighbourhood. "Thanks. Just go to the beach or something, I'll see you guys later." I waved at them and closed the car door. I stood in front of my parents' home. It's been so long and I was nervous to get inside. There was no reason to it.

"Hello?" I knocked on the opened door at their terrace. "YangYang, come inside." It was dad. I didn't know if I should be happy to see him again or be angry. "Your mother told me about what you wanted to talk about." He says sitting down. "My mother? The one who's been pretending to be or the real one, the queen that you left behind without any reasons and took me away from?" I asked. "It wasn't like that." He sighs. "Then why did you took me away from my mother turned us into humans and married a woman telling me she's my real mother?"

"It was dangerous there for you and... I fell in love with your mother okay. Stop saying she's not because I know you still care about her." He was getting angry. "But still why'd you hide all of these secrets from me? You didn't think I'd find out anyway at some point? If you just told me, I wouldn't be as mad as now." A silence followed. "I'm going, if I come back here it's because of mom and not for you." I turn around and walk out again.

I didn't get any answers to my questions, but I don't care anymore. I walked towards the beach, I'm lucky it's close to the house. I didn't look for the guys, I just sat down and stare out in front of me. Why can't I be normal? I was looking at the water, I suddenly see someone waving at me. Is that y/n? I get up and walk closer. I get in the water and swim towards her. "What are you doing here?" I ask. "I'm here to find you, it didn't take me long." She giggles. "And I exchanged my tail for legs."

I frown, she lifted up one of her legs showing that she has feet instead of her shiny tail. "Why?" Is all I could ask. "Like I said, I wanted to find you. I couldn't sleep these nights, I kept thinking about you. I missed you." She tells me. "But can you turn into a mermaid again?" I ask. "Come on YangYang... use that brain, can you turn into a merman again?" I slowly shook my head. "There you got your answer. Anyway I found you now... show me what it's like being a human." She smiles. "So you don't have a place to live, neither do you have any clothes except for that bikini. Here wear my shirt. Maybe my sister has some clothes left for you."

I go with y/n back to the house. "How can you go so fast without falling?" She asks. "Climb on my back." We continued like this. "YangYang hey!" Mom smiles. "Who's this?" She asks. "Mom this is y/n. Do we still have some extra clothes for her? She... was a mermaid." I say. "You!" Y/n suddenly gasps. I look at who she pointed, it was my dad. "Ignore him, let's get you something to wear."

"Thank you mom, I'll see you soon!" I hug her. "Bye mrs Liu, it was nice meeting you." Y/n smiles. "If you need anything just come over okay?" We nod in response and say our last goodbye before we left again. "Where are we going now?" She asks me. "The guys, my best friends and like a second family. I work and live together with them." I explain. Shortly after we found them. I was still holding y/n's hand and a big smile was plastered on our faces. "Hey... um you got a girl with you." WinWin saw us first.

"Guys this is y/n." I introduced her. "Nice to meet you." They all greeted her. "You didn't think of telling us first?" Ten asks. "It's a long story and I promise I'll explain once we get back home. But can she stay with us? She has nowhere to go right now." I shortly explain. "What do you mean she has no where to go?" Lucas asks. "I'm a mermaid, or yeah I was." Y/n smiles. All of them laugh. "A mermaid? Did you 2 drink some?"

I sigh, my squeezed my hand and looks at me with her pearl eyes. "They'll understand when we explain. Don't mind okay." I hold her face in my hands and she smiles again. "I missed you." She tells me. "For as long as I can remember you, I did too." We both giggle. "It's fine for us okay, y/n can stay. For some time." Kun tells us. "Thank you! I promise y/n will find her own place and a job and she won't be a disturbance at the dorm." Kun stops me. "Don't forget to breathe yeah." I nod and turn to y/n again. "They can't seperate us anymore!" I hug y/n tightly.

A/N: I was writing until Mark suddenly went live with Ten and Doyoung and right after Xiaojun, a happy 5th anniversary for NCT and the 7th sense!! And I hope this pt2 was good (:
