Details: Hecate arrived at the Spencer Estate in her human form of Jade D'Mon and quickly broke off the engagement of Elliot Spencer to Allison Michaels before inserting herself as the bride-to-be and began preparations for her own wedding to Elliot.

She reminded Mrs. Spencer of their deal made some twenty years prior; In return for granting Mrs. Spencer wealth and power, Hecate wanted the hand of her son so she could use him to conceive her demonic child.
Hecate was also aware of the weapon that could stop her, an Italian poignard wielded by a priest from a secret order and dispatched her right-hand minion, Kirsten, to kill the priest.
Piper and Phoebe happened to be catering the wedding and quickly learned that all was not well with this event. Prue, meanwhile, acquired the poignard and the three sisters later compared notes and found Hecate in the BOS. They spied on Hecate's bachelorette party to see if they could confirm their suspicions, and indeed they did when they witnessed Hecate and her demonic bridesmaids devour a male stripper.
On the day of the wedding Piper and Phoebe tried to enlist Mrs. Spencer into helping them avert the wedding but she instead sent them to a trap; telling the girls to meet her in the wine cellar and instead sending two demonic bridesmaids in her stead.
Prue, meanwhile, met with Allison and convinced her to crash the wedding as only true love could break's Hecate's spell on Elliot.
Down in the cellar Piper and Phoebe tried to elude the bridesmaids before Piper managed to freeze them just as they were about to strike. Prue rushed in and used her power to send the bridesmaids flying into a wall of wine boxes, knocking them out.

The Charmed Ones then interrupted the ceremony with Allison who declared her love to Elliot, breaking the spell. Unwilling to admit defeat, Hecate cast a spell that unleashed a savage thunderstorm upon the immediate vicinity and the guests were forced to flee for their lives. Hecate grabbed Elliot and headed for the nearest bedroom to consummate their marriage and achieve her goal.
The Charmed Ones pursued them and burst in before anything could happen. Furious, Hecate and her bridesmaids changed into their demonic forms and advanced on the sisters. In her human form Hecate appeared as an attractive blonde but as a demon she was truly frightening with claws, red eyes and rows of black horns on her head.

Her demonic bridesmaids had a similar, almost bovine appearance in their demonic forms.
Elliot had absentmindedly picked up the poignard which had been knocked free from Prue's purse in the scuffle and Prue used her power to aim the dagger at each demon, which resulted in them being sucked into the blade for eternity.
Lastly Prue turned the dagger to Hecate and though she resisted, in the end she was also absorbed into the blade and banished to the Underworld, never to be seen again.
