Details: Prue cast this spell when she sought to greatly augment her power of telekinesis in order to defeat a Lord of War that was trying to kill her.
The spell multiplied her power by multiplying her, resulting in two perfect duplicates of Prue who retained all of the real Prue's memories and feelings up until the moment the spell was cast.
Phoebe colour-coded the clones with a pink and blue sweater each to avoid confusion, while the real Prue wore a black sweater. Each clone represented Prue's superego and id (inner desires) respectively, and were literally her psyche come to life.
The clone in the pink sweater was the superego; the corporate, conservative side of Prue. She enjoyed being in-charge and was perky, polite and professional.
Whereas the clone in the blue sweater was definitely the id; sexual, impulsive and bold, she represented the side of Prue that was often suppressed and denied. She was seductive and self-indulgent; a provocative hedonist unafraid to take risks and acted on impulse.
Together however, all three Prue's were pretty powerful and could easily levitate a statue made of solid marble just by combining their powers.
The clones were flesh and blood duplicates and therefore, just as vulnerable as their original would be to harm. If a clone is killed, the original will experience their death as if it were her own.
This charm is temporary and the clones will only be around for as long as they're needed, once the reason is gone, the spell wears out and the clones will disappear.
