Details: A demonic creature that attacked Piper one evening after she had run into some car trouble and was stranded on the side of the road. As Piper entered the nearby phone booth to call for help the Wendigo overturned the booth, trapping her inside and inadvertently neutralising her powers (she can only freeze things in the same room).
The creature then slashed her arm before it was scared off by Billy Waters, a grieving man who had lost his fiancée to the Wendigo and was now dedicated to hunting and killing it once and for all. At the hospital Andy and an FBI Agent named Ashley Fallon took Piper's story and Agent Fallon revealed that she was tracking the creature over various states, in hopes of stopping it.
Piper is discharged and in the BOS she discovers the legend of the Wendigo, how it was once a mortal man who had discovered that his lover was unfaithful. In his rage he killed his love and ate her heart, an act which turned his own heart to ice and then transformed him into a Wendigo.
Piper compares notes with Billy, who reveals that Wendigoes are afraid of fire, a fact he'd discovered after he used a burning log from the campfire to scare it off after it had killed his fiancee. Together they make the vital discovery that the Wendigo looks human during the daytime, and Billy leaves to share this information with Agent Fallon.
Andy meanwhile pieced together that a Wendigo hunts and kills its victims on the three nights of the full moon, and that all the victims had the same blood type -- AB negative, which coincidentally is both Piper and Andy's blood type too.
Billy caught up to Agent Fallon in a deserted parking garage and tells her what he had learned before lighting a cigarette. Agent Fallon is visibly startled by the sudden flash of fire and Billy realised that she was the Wendigo's human form. Before he could act, Agent Fallon snapped his neck, killing him instantly.

Andy and Agent Fallon told Piper of Billy's murder, stating that the Wendigo was trying to protect its secrets somehow. Piper then revealed that a Wendigo looks human during the day, but that neither she nor Billy had any idea of who it could be. Agent Fallon warned Piper that her wound might be infected since Piper wasn't looking very well.
Andy and Agent Fallon staked out Golden Gate Park in hopes of killing the Wendigo since it was the last night of the full moon. Agent Fallon got Andy to confirm his previous relationship with Prue and kept coming on to him, explaining that she was engaged once but he left and so she did what she needed to in order to become strong. Andy is caught off guard when she reveals that all she's interested in is sex nowadays.
Back the Manor, Piper was starting to display some strange and highly aggressive changes in attitude, because she was becoming a Wendigo herself. A wound left by a Wendigo's claws will turn its victim into a Wendigo as well. Phoebe had a premonition of Agent Fallon transforming into the Wendigo and killing Andy.
Before she and Prue left to save him they handcuffed Piper to a pipe in the attic so that she couldn't hurt herself or anyone else. They had not anticipated her immense strength however, and once the moon was high Piper transformed completely and easily broke free.

Agent Fallon also shifted into her Wendigo form and knocked Andy unconscious before tearing his flesh open on his chest in order to consume his heart. Prue and Phoebe arrived with a flare gun and tried to shoot the Wendigo but only managed to spook it away from Andy and into the tree line.
Phoebe took aim in one direction but Prue insisted the Wendigo was actually running towards them from the other direction. They couldn't understand how the creature could be in two places at once until they realised that there were actually two Wendigoes surrounding them, Agent Fallon and the second one was Piper.
Hoping for the best Phoebe fired a flare at one of the beasts and it suddenly stopped in midair, frozen in time. Piper still retained her witch powers and this identified the other Wendigo as Agent Fallon. Prue telekinetically flung the frozen flare into that Wendigo's heart and vanquished it.

Once the Wendigo had died Piper instantly reverted into her normal human form and the the laceration on Andy's chest also magically healed before he could wake up.
