Chapter eight.

After the dinner Timmy and Tommy suggested they could play board games, so they decided to play Monopoly.
Tommy won, Tom was second, Timmy thirth and Redd lost.

The kitsune let out huff. He crossed his arms against his chest. "This game is stupid..." he mumbled.
"But it's just a game?" Timmy said tilting his head slightly.

"Yeah, yeah, but it still would nice to win... And why we can't play any card games? That would be fun." Redd said starting to rest his head to his hands.

"Because boys wanted to play Monoply, and not card games." Tom said.
"But at least I could win."
"Because you cheat, you always cheat."
"Me? Cheatin'? Never~"

"Isn't, cheating bad..?" Tommy asked carefully.
"Yes, cheating is bad. And so is lying." Tom answered. "But boys, it's time to go bed." he added as he got up from the floor.

"Aw... Why we can't stay up little longer?" Timmy asked. "It's ten thirty already." the oldest told. "And you two need to get up early tomorrow."
"Can we-"
"Can we stay up longer tomorrow?"

"Hm... We can think that tomorrow." Tom told as he put game away. "But now you two need to go sleep."
Both of the boys let out little whine before they went to the upstairs.

"Weren't you little too harsh with them?" Redd asked.
"No." Tom said with soft sigh.

He was quiet for a while before he spoke again, "I think you should go to shower before you go to sleep. I can wash your clothes, so they are clean tomorrow." he told.

Redd opened his mouth to say something, but Tom was quicker, "You can borrow something from me for the night, but they will be little big for you."

He nodded. "That's fine with me." he said as he got up from floor. He cracked his back. "Okay, that hurt..." he said with slight hiss.

Tom rolled his eyes. "Come, I'll show you where the shower is." he told as he left the living room. "Aw, you are not comin' with me?" Redd asked with smirk, as he followed him.

He froze up, his tail fluffing up. "No! I'm not coming with you." he told as he climbed stairs up. The kitsune let out chuckle.

Redd stepped in utility room when Nook opened the door. "Here is towel. And here is another for your hair." Tom told as he handed towels to him.

"And put your clothes there. I'll bring you something to put on while you are showering." he told.

"Oh, and here is toothbrush for you, and toothpaste." he added as he handed toothbrush and -paste to him.

Redd watched Tom to leave. He placed the towels, and toothbrush and -paste on the counter as he scanned the room. He undressed, and untied his hair letting it loose.

He stepped in shower room. He opened the shower, jumping back a little. Why the fuck it's so cold?
He let out huff, as he turned shower knob for warmer water.

He twitched his ears when he heard utility room door open, soon he heard it close again. He let out soft sigh as he stepped in the shower.

"Hm..." The kitsune scanned the bottles, trying to find shampoo to wash his hair with. Soon he found one and grapped it.

He washed himself, and brushed his teeth. He shut the shower. He flicked his tail few times to get most of the water off, then he wiped the floor.

He opened the door, and stepped in the utility room. He grapped the towels that Nook gave him. He wrapped other one around his waist and other one he used to dry his hair, and tail.

Redd scanned the room again, before he spotted the clothes Nook had placed on the chair while he was showering.

He took the clothes. He flicked his tail gently as he pulled the pants on. He glanced the shirt.
I guess I should wear it...

He grapped the shirt and pulled it on. He opened the door and stepped out of the room. "Hey Nookie." he called out closing door behind him.

Tom stepped out from room, he had changed his clothes to his sleepwear. "Be quiet, boys are sleeping." he said pointing door next to his. "But what you want now?"

Redd nodded. "I, just wanted to tell ya I'm done." he said. "So, um, good night." he said as he turned around.

"There is blanket for you on the couch. But yes, good night." Tom told. He watched after Redd, shaking his head little.

The kitsune grapped the blanket and sat down. He looked up to the window. Heavy rain was coming down from the sky.

He shook his head as he lied down to the couch. He pulled the blanket over him, wrapping his tail around his legs.
