Tom sat down to his chair with sigh. He drank his coffee. "Tom, is something wrong?" Isabelle asked as she organised some papers.

"I'm, just worried did I give Redd too much to do handle. I know boys can be sometimes difficult to deal with." he told.

"Hm, maybe I should call them, just to be sure everything is alright." he added as he grapped his phone from his desk.
"Tom-"

"Just one quick call, nothing else." he said getting up, dialing Redd's number. He pressed call, and went to break room.

The tanuki walked back and forth, waiting the kitsune to answer to his call. It didn't take long before he heard his voice from another end of the call, "Nookie! Hiya, is somethin' wrong?" he asked.

"No. I, was going to ask same thing from you. Everything is going great with boys, yes?" Tom asked.

Redd let out chuckle. "Everythin' is okay, but their fever hasn't gone down yet. But! They ate some fruits, so that's good." he told.

Tom let out soft sigh. "Can I speak with them?" he asked. "No, you can't. Kiddos fell asleep some time ago." he told. "But you can talk with me~" he purred.

"No, tell boys I love them when they wake up." he said, before he hang up. He sighed once again, as he stepped out of the break room. He looked over to his colleague.

"So, how things are going on between them?" Isabelle asked watering her plant. "Uh... Great, but boys still have a fever." he said.

"I was trying to tell you that if something was wrong, Redd would have called you." she said.

"What I have heard from you in these few days, he seems to really care about boys, and you." she added putting her watering can aside.
"You have a point, yes." the tanuki sighed as he ran his hand through his hair.

"Tom, do you trust Redd?"
"Of course I do. If I didn't I would never leave him with boys." he said, little offended.

"Then, what is the problem?" the shih tzu asked, crossing her arms against her chest.

"Redd seemed to be stressed when I told him to watch after boys. And I told you, I am worried that did I give him too much to handle." Tom told, as he sat down to his chair.

"Did he seemed to be stressed now when you called him? Did he say anything alarming to you?" she asked.
"No, no he didn't."
"Then everything is fine?"

"Well, I guess so? He did say everything is okay." Tom told picking up his pen.

"See, he is fine, and so are boys. Now, stop thinking about it, and try to relax while doing your work." Isabelle told.
"Hm, perhaps you're right."
"I'm always right."

Redd opened the TV, but it was too loud. "Fuck..." he hissed as he lowered TV's volume. He twitched his ears, no sound from upstairs.

He let out sigh as he sat down to the couch. Soon he lied down, wrapping his tail around his legs. In few minutes he fell asleep.

After an hour the kitsune woke up. He wasn't sure what woke him up, but soon he heard some loud noises coming from the kitchen.

He got up, cracking his back- before he went to the kitchen. He looked over to two little tanukis. "What are you two doin'?" he asked as he rubbed sleep from his eyes.

"We are hungry." Timmy told, trying to put frying pan back to the cabinet. "And we didn't want to wake you up..." Tommy added.

"Hey, no worries. If you two were hungry you could have just waken me up." Redd told with soft chuckle. "But I can make somethin' to eat."

"That would be nice, yes." Timmy said with nod, as he placed frying pan on the counter.

"What you two think 'bout chicken soup?" he asked, he got nod from the little ones. "Hm... Want bread before dinner?" he added.

"No thank you." Timmy said. "How about you Tommy?" he asked looking over to his brother. "No..." he mumbled quietly.

"'Kay, this won't take long." Redd told, tail wagging gently side to side. "You can go play, or do somethin' else while I'm preparin' dinner."
"Okay!"

"Wait, I have message from Tom for you two." he said, twins looked back to him. "He said, he loves you two."

"Thank you, we'll tell him it back when he comes home." Timmy said giving smile, before he and his brother went upstairs.
