Redd flicked his tail gently as he placed bucket down. He got up, patting sand off his pants. "I think it's done."

"Nooo, it needs more shells!" Timmy announced. Tommy nodded, "Yes, more shells." he chimed softly.

"Hym..." He squinted his eyes. "Yeah! You are right, more shells." he nodded. "Tommy, do you still have shells in that bucket?"

The boy picked up the bucket. "Yes, there is still few." he said giving a little nod. Timmy looked in the bucket. "I think that's enough." he told, looking up to Redd.

Redd wagged his tail slightly. "Yeah. You two can do what you want with them." he said. "I'll find a little flag."

Tom rised his brow. "And how you are going to do that?" he asked tilting his head slightly.
Before Redd got say anything, he was cut off, "Afternoon."

"Hm? Oh, Nico, afternoon to you too." Tom chuckled, as he looked over to the human.

"Nicooo! It's so nice to see you!" Timmy chimed. "And I tought I wouldn't see you today, because shop is closed for the day." he added.

The redhead let out soft chuckle. "Yeah, it's nice to see you too." they said with nod. "Hey Redd, what did you think about that gift I gave you?"
"Oh, yeh! Thank you so much. But you know, you didn't have to."

"It's from my mum, she sends me sometimes painting supplies. But I don't paint, and I don't want them go to waste." the human told.

"So, I thought, hey why not to give to the person who paints and not just to sell?" he chuckled.
"Ah, well, say thanks to your mom then."

"I will." Nico hummed. "Oh, and Timmy, Tommy, happy birthday." they added with smile.
"Thank you! ...Thank you."

"I have birthday gifts for you two, but only if it's okay with Tom." he said, giving side glance of the tanuki.

The little ones eyes lit up. "Uncle Tom! Can Nico give us gift?" they asked. The tanuki let out soft chuckle. "I think it would be rude to say no." he told.

"Nice, I'll be at your house at seven, is that okay?" Nico asked, as they took his phone from pocket.
"Yes, it is. We will see you then."
"I hope you have great day!"

The kitsune flicked his tail. "He's nice." he said with chuckle. "But hey, get those shells in place, I'll go find that flag." he told, leaving.

After few minutes Redd returned. "Is this good enough?" he asked giving stick with leaf to Tommy.

Tommy put the stick top of the sand castle. "I think it's perfect." he said giving slight smile. Timmy nodded to this. "Yeah! It looks good." he said.

"Yeh, it does." the kitsune hummed. "Nooksie, what you think 'bout it? Boys did great job, eh?" he asked looking over to the tanuki.

"Yes, yes, it does look good." Tom chuckled, giving soft smile. "You think so?" Timmy asked.

He let out soft chuckle, "Of course." he nodded. "You all did great job, but time to eat and drink something." he added.

"Did we take apple slices?" Tommy asked carefully as he sat down to the blanket. "Or peach slices? I like those, Cave has best peaches." Timmy said sitting next to his brother.

"Of course." Tom chuckled softly. He looked up to Redd, he was gazing the sea. "Redd, is something wrong?"

The kitsune twitched his ears, he looked over to the tanuki. He gave gentle flick to his tail. "No, of course not." he chuckled. He went over to the three of them, sitting next to the oldest. "I think I got an idea."

"Is it bad idea?" Tom asked giving the boys their food. "Why would you think it's bad idea? All my ideas are good." Redd huffed, crossing his legs.

"Oh, usually your ideas aren't, good. Perhaps just few of them has been good." he shrugged. "But, you can tell us your idea."

The kitsune huffed. "Okay, first, that hurts my feelings. Second, like I said, all my ideas are good. Thirth, it's not really an idea, just a thought, or a question."

"Well then, what is it?" the tanuki asked as he tilted his head slightly. "Yeah! Tell us uncle Redd." Timmy chimed, as he ate his peach slices.

Redd chuckled softly. "Should I try to paint landscapes? I only do portraits, and I would like to try somethin' new."

"That's, not bad idea. I think you should try, yes. And if it's not something you like, that's fine." Tom told.

He flicked his tail gently. "Yeh, I can do that." he nodded taking sandwich. He snuggled close to the tanuki. The tanuki let out soft chuckle.
Twins glanced each other, as they ate their fruits. They nodded slightly.

Redd closed his eyes with soft sigh.
