Chapter nineteen.

Day switched to afternoon, afternoon to early evening.
Redd snuggled against Tom, as they watched the sun to disappear to the horizon. "Hm... It's getting late." the tanuki murmured, playing with his hair.

He wrapped his tail around himself and the tanuki. "I guess, but you still have day off tomorrow, so no need to hurry, right?"
"Yes, but I think you promised to go to see Nico."

Redd tilted his head slightly. He looked puzzled for a while, before he nodded. "Oh, right, now I remember. Cuz wanted to gimme somethin'." he chuckled.

"Buuut~ I don't feel like gettin' up." he added, resting his head to Tom's shoulder.

Tom shook his head slightly. He pushed Redd's head from his shoulder. "No, don't even try to fall asleep." he told.
"Aw, but I am tired."

"Then we go home, but before that we go to Nico's house. I think they are waiting already." he told, as he got up.

Redd huffed softly. "Well, I'm not getting up." he told as he lied down to blanket he and Tom were spending their evening.

Tom crossed his arms against his chest. "You promised to Nico to go visit them." he said.

"Yeh? But they told they'll be home around eight." Redd told resting his head to his hands. "Just, come on, we have time~"

Tom sighed softly, as he took his phone from his pocket. He took look of the time. "It's already seven fifty." he said looking back to Redd.

"It is?" Redd asked, Tom gave nod. "Eh, we still have ten minutes."

He pinched his nose, with soft sigh. "Get up." he told, with slightly harsh tone. "I do want to go home, and spend some time with boys before it's their time to go to sleep."

"Fine, I'll get up. Just, don't use that tone on me." Redd muttered, as he sat back up. The tanuki rolled his eyes, as he offered his hand to him. He pulled him to his feet.

He stretched his hands. "Okay, let's go." he said taking Tom's hand to his own. "Show the way, because I don't know where to go." he chuckled.

Tom rolled his eyes once more. "Yes, let's go." he said, picking up the blanket.

Nico let out soft sigh, as he placed his dishes to sink. He jumped a little when they heard knock. He brushed his hair back.

They went over to the door. He took deep breath, he opened the door. "Tom, Redd, how nice to see you two!" he said with smile on their face.

"This is, your house?" Redd asked as he took look of the surrounding. "It's, really pink."

"Says the man who wears pink himself." Tom said. "I didn't mean it as bad thing, I was just suprised." the kitsune told holding his hands up.

Nico let out soft chuckle. "It's okay, but come in." they said stepping aside, to let the tanuki and the kitsune inside. "I'll be back soon!" he told as they went to room on the left.

He soon returned. "Here, I hope you like it." he told, as he handed package to Redd. The kitsune flicked his tail as he took package from them. "Thank you, I'll, uh, open it later." he said giving a nod.

"That's okay! No worries. But thank you for coming! It was nice to have you two, or would you two like to stay for a while?" Nico asked, tilting his head slightly.

"I think we should get going." Tom said slight chuckle. "But thank you for the offer." he said, giving little nod.
"Right." the human nodded. "I guess it's see you tomorrow then." he said with smile.

"Yeh, see ya tomorrow! And thank you again." Redd hummed, giving a wave to Nico, before he and Tom left.
